I wonder if the judge will issue a ruling on Friday. I know federal judges issue rulings whenever they feel like it, but Melinda will keep filing frivolous motions and papers if the judge doesn't issue a ruling any time soon.

I don't think he will, because every new filing will push back the date as the judge and his team will have to read it, compare it with previous filings, and that takes time. Don't forget that the judge doesn't preside only over one case, so a refresher for every pushback is very likely possible.

This is why I hate when litigants spam the court system with frivolous shit that can't be left unanswered. It just boggles down everything.
