Maybe it's hit her that whatever life she has left will be basically alone. Grandma's health is failing. Bibi wouldn't even fuck her the last year they were together, and the only men she can attract are the weirdos. Eating is the only thing she loves, may as well do it until she dies since that's less effort than trying to better herself.

A coma is extremely unlikely. Ketoacidosis is likely given the way shes eating though, and if you thought her organs were dying quick before, buckle up, we are going to go to plaid.

That is correct for a hypoglycemic diabetic coma. Hyperglycemic comas are caused by chronically high blood sugar, although usually in type 2s this occurs on people who cannot absorb their own insulin (genetic type 2) not the insulin resistant individuals (fatty type 2). The levels required to push into hyperglycemic coma are levels far beyond what chinny is showing (think 600+mg, or 33.3mmol/l, for weeks or months at a time).

Personally, I have seen them MUCH higher, as in north of 1500mg/dl, in hyperglycemic comas. Shit's not fun at ALL.

In her case, I don't think she's ever known what normal, natural eating is. She mentioned in her first live today that she "knew" eating Chinese was a bad idea. THAT was her intuition tellig her: "Bitch - don't!" But she ignored that to fulfill a craving.
