Depending on the penetrating power of the bullet there might not be a bullet in there. It could have gone straight through, and Melinda would use that as an excuse as to why she didn't shoot herself because said bullet isn't in her foot.

You don't understand, it's the Judge's fault. The Judge completely ignored Melinda's brilliant arguments which are clearly supported by centuries of precedent going all the way back to YHVH. The Judge didn't apply a well established test to determine if the laws regarding service under some kind of documented Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. No, the Judge just threw everything out the window and unreasonably questioned the sufficiency of service because the Judge is being hard on her.

It certainly isn't that she's a fucking moron who has no idea what she's doing. She's a blessed child of YHVH, and it's those damn Kiwis manipulating the Judge and society through bribes of rice that are keeping her down.
