Lolcow Melinda Leigh Scott & Marshall Castersen - Sue-happy couple. Flat earth conspiracists. Pretending to be Jewish. Believe Kiwi Farms is protected by the Masonic Order. 0-6 on lawsuits. Marshall is dead.

Virginia has a mutual combat law.
I thought you weren't living in Virginia anymore?
But any self respecting woman such as myself would leave a Goy nation and join herself to Israel.
And yet you have not.
Lastly, my grandmother is Ashkenazi, therefore I have the right of Aliyah. Most Ashkenazi Jews can spot me right away.
I'm Ashkenazi, as I've talked about before, and you look like a diluted gypsy to me. But in any case, just because your mother was Ashkenazi doesn't mean you automatically get Aliyah-- she had to have been a practicing Jew. You as well have to be a practicing Jew. You also have to be able to get a (sane, not your Tennessee freak) Rabbi to vouch for both your Judaism and your grandmother's Judaism. Exceptions have been made after extended lawsuits, but seeing as how you're preparing to lose your sixth suit against the Farms... well.

Not accurate.

Firstly, you don't have to be born Jewish to join yourself to Israel in antiquity. There is nothing in The Torah that says you need a conversion certificate from a Rabbi to join yourself to Israel. Take Ruth for example. She simply followed her deceased husband's father into the land.

Secondly, the United States has NEVER had any such law allowing women to be flogged or beaten for defying Christian standards of sexuality. So even if it was 1650 in the USA, I wouldn't be in danger. A self respecting woman would not be part of Christianity.

Thirdly, the State of Israel is not synonymous with the "Nation of Israel" (YHWH Elohim's people). Even the Haredi agree with that. Elohim's people have existed since Adam and Eve, so you're wrong about that.

Lastly, my grandmother is Ashkenazi, therefore I have the right of Aliyah. Most Ashkenazi Jews can spot me right away.
I mean if you even went to Israel you'd still be in poverty living in a shithole, you're not really moving to a better life eve if you do go to Israel

She isn't, and you don't. Your claim to having Jewish ancestry is based on your weird version of British Israelism, where you delusionally believe all the Jews migrated to Scotland at some point, and therefore people with Scottish ancestry are Jews. None of that ever happened in reality. You have no Jewish ancestry to speak of.

I thought you weren't living in Virginia anymore?
Just like Pammy Swain, Cousinfucker is a fake Jewish crazy retard who can't keep her stories straight. :story:

Wrong again. Women in the 1600-1700's were (for the most part) seen as property, and largely were expected to keep the house, pop out kids, and let the men do the talking and thinking. It was not uncommon in those days for a woman to get slapped around for not listening to her husband, father, or the man in charge. Also, it'd be the British Colonies in 1650, as the USA didn't exist. that didn't really have much to do with Christianity, so much as that's how society worked at that point in history.

So, still stupid and fat, go back to fucking your cousins, since no other man without severe brain damage would touch you.

It's even better than that-- her only evidence is that her grandmother had a "very Jewish" last name, per her first phone call with Rackets. Kind of how like she yelled at me for being mean to Ashley because Melinda is so stupid she doesn't understand that some people hyphenate their last names when they get married, and she thought "Jankowski" meant that Ashley was of course a true blue Jew. Of course, Mr. Hutsell-Jankowski may be Jewish, or he may be descended from the hundreds of thousands of Polish Christian immigrants who came to America.

Not to mention Cousinfucker's having sex while unmarried and having children out of wedlock as a result would have been severely punished in Colonial America.

ETA: In fact, Colonial Virginia was actually more sexist in their application of punishment for sexual no-nos than Colonial New England was:

Also true! And we've never been told what this "very Jewish" last name is. It's probably Scottish, since that's where she thinks the "real" Jews come from. British Israelism is a seriously anti-Semitic pseudohistorical theory.

Oh, I don't know. The hole in the space time continuum might be a problem, seeing as you'd be in a country that wouldn't exist for another 100+ years.

Go ahead, let me hear your theories about ancestral DNA
Interesting way to put it, since all DNA is "ancestral," inherited from one generation to the next. But as to your point, a persons's genetics can determine things like their susceptibility to addiction or disease, the likelihood of suffering from mental illnesses, and on a more positive note, it can determine more positive things like the upper bounds for intelligence, athleticism, resistance to certain diseases, fertility, etc.

Yeah, please explain to her (in terms she can understand) the entire history of genetics.
I mean we had trouble telling her that whole sperm nor intact DNA does not penetrate the mucus membrane and enter a fetus through the bloodstream. We are absolutely fighting an uphill battle. Even very simplified mendelian genetics might cause Mel to throw an error.

Funny, I'm talking to like 15 nice guys on dating sites right now. So clearly not all men share your opinion.

Not all women were seen as property, that was only true for some societies. Obviously, spiritually diseased societies, that's why those societies collapsed and evolved into things like the 19th Amendment.

The idea that women are property is not from The Torah, it originated among the Goyim

None of that ever happened in reality.
Not accurate. Go read Hugh Schonfeld's work

I have no desire to move to Israel where bombs fall around people's heads. They are cursed because they follow The Talmud, not The Torah

@TamarYaelBatYah How is your love quest going? Have you been able to find a 35+ white non-Christian girlfriend-free boy yet?
I have a few prospects. I'm mostly just at the chatting phase. Weeding out the ones I can tell are not compatible with me.

intelligence
If intelligence is an inherited trait, then why do siblings of the same biological parents differ so widely in their intellectual abilities?

since all DNA is "ancestral,"
If all DNA is "ancestral", then what do yiu call blood(DNA) pumping through your veins which is renewed every few months?

I am sure she just believes genetics is one big conspiracy, since it's an established science.

She probably thinks YUWU just rolls the fucking dice for each child and says that's your lot. She must have some choice words for him for how her life turned out.

Lastly, my grandmother is Ashkenazi, therefore I have the right of Aliyah. Most Ashkenazi Jews can spot me right away.
I pointed this out before but it doesn't matter who your grandmother was, it only matters who your grandfather is. You have no right to Allyah. Hell, my children have more right to it than you do.

You should post your trash on a peer reviewed site. It would mean more to us.

Please look up nucleotides and how they're created.

I said an upper bound for intelligence. Post-genetic factors during development can lower that bound. But this is only one of the many things I mentioned that DNA can affect. Why single that one out of all things?

Blood is not DNA. I do not know where you got this bizarre mistaken idea, but it's incorrect. Blood, like every cell in your body, contains DNA. But that DNA, barring replication errors, will remain unchanged from your birth all the way up to your death. That DNA tells your body how to renew itself. It instructs it on how to build your cells, including your blood cells, which renew constantly. I think you've gotten confused and taken the average life span of a single red blood cell and assumed the body pumps out a new batch of blood every four months or something.

To sum up, Blood is not the same as DNA, but there will be some of your DNA in blood as there is in every cell of your body. Same for hair, skin, spit, etc. Your DNA replicates itself, but doesn't change throughout your entire life.

So, by European and Asian standards, I may be considered "fat". In my experience, Asian and European people tend to prefer to be on the scrawny side. I would say the same is true of American (USA) women in large metropolitan cities.

Southern white women, southern African American women, and Hispanic women tend to take more pride in being curvey, voluptuous, and thicker. Same with female boxing athletes and gymnasts who have large bulkier large muscle groups.

I don't think I'm fat, I'm thick. I like my curves and strong muscular arms and thighs which allow me to accomplish all the manual labor I have to do as a SAHM. My muscular arms have also made women think twice before swinging at me.

I'm also plump, which is good, because I breastfeed. You can't sustain ecological breastfeeding being skinny. Those extra 25 pounds that a woman should gain in pregnancy are for breastmilk. About 2 lbs for each month postpartum. At 12 months postpartum, all the extra weight is gone.

Thick women have no problem catching dick either. Don't you know?

"I'm 160 lbs and I can catch a dick whenever I want".

Only HUGE Ass Difference. I've had my fair share of Fat and Thick women and better curves than you and catching my dick even wanting to be on top. You're only saying what you said because you haven't had any penis in a bit.

For someone who's been burned by men so many times before, you are ridiculously trusting.
If all DNA is "ancestral", then what do yiu call blood(DNA) pumping through your veins which is renewed every few months?
Your red blood cells are renewed. Your inherited DNA strands generally stay the same.
I pointed this out before but it doesn't matter who your grandmother was, it only matters who your grandfather is.
This is incorrect. Aliyah is available to confirmed Jewish ancestry regardless of grandfather or grandmother. There are additional steps if it's through your grandfather.

When it was taken to court they said that you had to be Jewish on your grandfathers side. I did mention that there were two such cases that this happened. Site you linked by the way is an American one.

There's also the issue of Melinda believing non Jewish beliefs.

That's really weird-- most of the guides I've looked at are more ambiguous. I guess if her mother's mother was a practicing Jew it would count? Which I doubt she was. But the paternal grandmother wouldn't count.

(And I can't imagine wanting to go to Israel anyways unless you live in truly dire circumstances.)

There's a lot of of cases about it. I've been trying to find just the two I read before, but the Ministry of the Interior has so many cases on this subject (many I didn't even know about). It's also been changed a few times since it's creation. I'm trying to find the two from the early 2000's.

Direct linage like her mother being Jewish would be better than her grandmother. Also, she would have to follow Judaism to it's core. Not just the first Book.

Since my wife's parents are both Jewish and we had a kid together and having two more, we would have an easier time of it than if it was just her grandmother (never met her grandfather, he was dead long before I started to date her and never asked what he was, I assume Jewish as well).

Edit: While trying to find the articles I read before I came across this from 2015
I guess they're thinking about adding DNA testing to it.

Considering the fact that Melinda refuses to say she's a part of any denomination, except when she needs to dunk on us by telling us all about her hundreds of Netzarim friends, no wonder she hasn't been able to wheedle Aliyah out of the Israeli government yet.
