I'll admit that I'm legit interested in this. Leonard Shaner has finally done something that takes more then 10 minutes to debunk. Thank you @Schuylkill Valley , I'm now entertained.

The whole vague "publicly apologize to Shaner or else" threat is completely nuts and unprofessional to a nearly unmeasurable degree and fits Shaner's MO to a tee. I'm almost want to say that he got onto Hy's account somehow.

Any lawyer who believes he could create a case of bullying against Shaner would get crushed by the mountain of irrefutable evidence on the first page showing Len controls at least 8 pages meant to bully the rail road. Yes, I know the way I put together some of that stuff is silly but it is all legit and is put together from information Leonard Shaner volunteered due to his massive incompetence. He runs on hearsay and we run on photos and documented proof.

Still, I like the slight departure from the normal Shaner BS.

One thing I can confirm is that the Hy Mayerson Facebook account is not a sock (although it may have been hacked/illegally accessed by Shaner). I repeat, there is video of Mayerson, who clearly isn't Shaner. And the account is friends with all of Mayerson's family, who are clearly real accounts and not socks -- unless they are all socks made by someone with much better grammar than Shaner.

Just wanna say... if this turns out to somehow be Len hijacking his friend's account (which in itself is pretty hard to believe, but let's just say he somehow got his password out of his friend or something I dunno), then Len is an astronomically new level of scum because there's no better way to torpedo your credibility than throwing all legal pretense out the window and acting like an idiot publicly on the Internet. If I was this guy and I heard that Len took my Facebook and used it in his online crusade, I'd fucking beat him with a model train.

Now, Shaner is a confirmed lurker, he lurks everywhere, and has no issue walking into areas where he isn't welcome, locomotive cabs, restricted shop, areas, construction zones etc. My theory is that Shaner has gone to these yard sales (they're not at all far from his house) and lurked about. He may have even helped out some, moving boxes and the like, and stumbled onto Mayerson's computer. Now Mayerson being really old probably never logs out of anything, and Lennay just sat down and got the log in information for himself. That's how I would explain the terrifying similarity in spelling and grammar mistakes.

Oh and hey Lennay!!! Guess what, I took my surveyors tape to your deer stand photography spot and guess what?! It's a little close to the tracks! You were trespassing, you are a criminal. Photos to come this evening when I can open up my laptop.

If this is Shaner hijacking his account, Mayerson would have a civil case for defamation (Shaner would be making him look like a totally incompetent, malpracticing loon). But the more serious aspect would be that Shaner would be criminally liable for violating a whole host of both state and federal identity theft statutes.

Anyway, this is the recent Hy activity. I'm very convinced Shaner's in his account. First is the most recent times (yellow). It's extremely suspicious that Hy and Shaner's posts are so close together time wise. Next an earlier post's time (green). This puts this at between 4am and 5am via the slop in FB's hourly system. That's a time when Len would be up.

Then there's Hy's response to being confronted. The first one is really really stupid but the second one is a dead ringer for a classic Shaner comeback. It's all too intense for what a lawyer would actually say. Even retired and slightly off his rocker, no one would act this way if they had any sort of professionalism left in them.

I'm more convinced that Shaner is doing something really bad and stupid here. It's the same empty scare tactics that he likes to throw around to intimidate people to get off his back.

I unfortunately don't live in PA anymore, & even if I did, Pottstown's roughly three hours from where I used to live. I'll just have to wait on the report.

The current state of affairs:

Unlike Lennay, I will confess to telling a lie. I said that I had confirmed that Hy Mayerson wasn't Len's attorney because it was a Saturday and I wasn't able to reach him (and knew I probably wouldn't be able to until today).

Therefore, I said what I said because I thought it was absolutely impossible that Mr. Mayerson -- who does not practice criminal law -- would involve himself in something like this or be stupid enough to allow Len to make threats in his name on these pages. Out of sympathy and professional courtesy, I was hoping to minimize Mr. Mayerson's involvement in this drama because I simply couldn't fathom that he had willingly stepped into it.

Since then, however, I have confirmed that (1) The Facebook account in question is Hy's legitimate Facebook page, (2) He fancies himself a "video producer" and has produced some really weird stuff, including stuff about trains and (3) He's, ahem, "eccentric" (the video below is definitely worth watching):


If -- and this is quite plausible given the grammar and general insanity of the threats made on "Erica R. Stone's" Facebook page (reproduced below) -- this was Lennay hijacking an old man's Facebook account, we should not drag Hy's name through the mud on Len's account. Yes, he's eccentric, but if this was Lennay illegally logging into his account when he wasn't looking, he's a victim, not a cow.

I have emailed and left a message for Mr. Mayerson and will update everyone at the end of business today (and, believe me, if this is legitimate, I have already found a lot of material for you guys). However, until we hear back from Mr. Mayerson, let's try to keep things calm.

He somehow knows how to use TOR accounts, so even though Lenny has massive autism for brains, in a way, I'm delightfully impressed that he can actually pull something off like this. It's a shitty thing to do, I know, but I doubted that he could dox anyone for shit and he doxxed several people that he knew personally.

I still think Kaufman might have taught him a few tricks here and there too.
