Anyway, this is the recent Hy activity. I'm very convinced Shaner's in his account. First is the most recent times (yellow). It's extremely suspicious that Hy and Shaner's posts are so close together time wise. Next an earlier post's time (green). This puts this at between 4am and 5am via the slop in FB's hourly system. That's a time when Len would be up.

Then there's Hy's response to being confronted. The first one is really really stupid but the second one is a dead ringer for a classic Shaner comeback. It's all too intense for what a lawyer would actually say. Even retired and slightly off his rocker, no one would act this way if they had any sort of professionalism left in them.

I'm more convinced that Shaner is doing something really bad and stupid here. It's the same empty scare tactics that he likes to throw around to intimidate people to get off his back.

Just my opinion.

No, it really is Hy's FB. I did a bunch of digging when I was trying to figure out why he had an art exhibit in his law office. Hence why this blows my mind.

It is Hy's real FB page. After looking at some of his other pages (which I have archived, but am not posting for now), he definitely seems to be highly eccentric. Whether or not we've discovered another cow or whether or not Lennay has really fucked up and exposed himself to massive criminal liability, only time will tell.

The sad thing is, I'm honestly not sure which to root for at this point.

If this is actually Hy and he is actually doing this, he's already formed the basis for a very real (and in my opinion sustainable) complaint to the Disciplinary Board.

As for myself, it is perfectly legitimate for me to (1) express my concern to Mayerson that he has been hacked and (2) ascertain his involvement in direct legal threats against me.

He's an older fellow, and old folks don't always choose the best passwords. Despite the jokes, Lenny isn't mentally handicapped. Austim isn't a form of mental retardation. He can use Tor, and it's not hard to brute force a weak password. If Len actually did hack Mayerson's account, he's in deep shit. That's a federal offense.

I don't disagree on any point, I just don't want to deal with the potential frivolous bar complain for "being part of a trolling message board!!1!". Honestly, I think it's him is the works part. I don't think Shaner is smart enough to the right state code section on FB. I totally agree though, that if it is Hy he's not upholding his responsibility as an attorney and will probably be subject to discipline.

Okay, this is confusing me, seeing as 42 Pa. Cons. Stat. § 8316 was established in 2002, not 2004. Maybe this IS H.M.? It doesn't look like it's directly copypasted, either.

I don't think Shaner is smart enough to the right state code section on FB.

I'm leaning towards Len hacking the lawyer's account. As @Pocket_Sand! said, Len might have hung around Mayerson's yard sales and learned enough about him to answer his password reset questions or whatever on Facebook and hijack his account. Like I said, if that's the cause then Lenny just fucked himself majorly. Depending on how pissy the US Attorney is for whatever district Pennsylvania is in, Lenny is looking at Federal charges, in addition to the massive lawsuit he open himself up to from Mayerson.

EDIT: If it really is Mayerson, it's amazing that someone with horrible spelling and grammar just like Lenny has managed to practice law this long. I'm still not thinking someone with a 40 year career is going to act like that.
