Lots to get through today... First off, if anyone missed it, I swung by the CRR today to "check up" on the DOT project they have going on there (off topic: I estimated the job, and determined some of the initial contracted rates). Once there, I took a little hike out to the place where Shaner was caught trespassing, and he was caught trespassing. The deer stand that he claims to have stood near is 37.5 feet from the rail head. The right of way owned by the RR is 50 feet on either side of each rail, therefor, even if Shaner was standing by said deer stand when he took his pictures, he was still trespassing, and is still a criminal.
Kaufman is a dipshit over the road truck driver. His interwebs skillz are as bad as Shaner's. Kaufman prides himself on being a badass online, not much more.

Come to think of it, that is a slim possibility. That said, "cool guys" generally don't commit multiple felonies for the privilege of convincingly white-knighting exceptional individuals like Len.
You are right however, the options have now boiled down to (1) "Hy Mayerson [who is now presumably aware of the situation and hasn't contacted me for clarification] is nuts" or (2) "Someone (almost certainly Lennay) just committed hardcore identity theft.
Unless I hear back, we'll just have to wait until August 10 to know for sure.

I'd argue that we probably have an even smaller train audience than we did a cartoon audience, so people hunting down foamers would probably be a bit difficult out of the guys that were attracted just because of Len. Len was originally posted in General Lolcows and brought into the actual Lolcow thead because he was literally the king of foamer spergs.
Good job, Len. You've finally manned up and asserted a point on this.
It's a shame that all the evidence says otherwise. You can repeat a lie all you want, but it won't make it true, no matter how hard you believe.

Normally Len would just have to deal with a trespassing charge if he was a normal exceptional individual. He has a shitty past but it's certainly not something that would land him in deep shit.
But given how he's spent the time leading up to the trial falsely accusing members of the Colebrookdale Railroad of saying shit they didn't do, created numerous pages for the sole purpose of defacing the reputation of the Colebrookdale Railroad, and possibly impersonated a lawyer in order to speak on his defense on the Farms (again, possibly the most retarded thing anyone has done on this forum), I'd be willing to bring back my old optimism from the Chris jail threads and speculate Len is gonna get as harsh of a sentence as he can possibly get.
He's not Nick Bate levels of reprehensible, but the guy's harassed people on an insanely autistic level and may have caused some damage to a lawyer's reputation. He has it coming.

It ultimately depends on how badly he goes full retard during the pretrial. If his brain accidentally convulses and dribbles out any smart during that convulsion, and said convulsion occurred at the trial; he'd plea bargain to get a lighter sentence. If he decides to actually do what he's doing here though... oh my, some of what he's said and done here and in real life actually would be of interest to the prosecution. Namely the assaulting a witness, impersonating authorities to try and escape the trial, hacking an account and using the account for blackmail would all be possibilities to any prosecutors that have some internet savvy.
