Found this on reddit; thought they were getting a different kind of surgery. Description only. I'm bad at visualizing from reading text so could a brave soul explain or draw a primitive picture? No idea how this would work. I feel sort of sorry for the bastard, since he seems to have been misinformed.

Something like this one? Penis and "nerves" as they put it (the shaft is split and the old urethra is exposed and sensitive) placed on the outside, "blockage" ie penis shoved into opening, inverted scrotum.

I also want to know what they expect sex is like for a woman. The worst part about those meat tubes for me is the mutilation left on arms and/or legs. That is the first thing I alway notice with them.

It would still be stupid to get a useless pecker which always looks like a chubby/straight up erection under clothes with hair growing on places where it should not grow, but if they got the skin graft from an organ donor rather than themselves it would seem less horrifying to me. I could kinda see the logic in fixing the "faulty" body.

Not all of us who possess ovaries and uteruses have thigh gaps, even when we're not obese. Perhaps we just don't have as glorious child-bearing hips as our sisters or maybe we have unfortunate fat distribution. I bet we all have similar pelvic tilt though.

It might not be visible, but the tissue isn't as dense on the inner upper part of the thigh. That's what I'm talking about.

i'm contemplating exploratory surgery to discover whether he grafted a testicle over the site "in order to prevent infection"

I know that some of these troons end up with a "vagina" with multiple holes, but the fact that the surgeon would try to patch up things as he went along with whatever bits of flesh he's got lying around takes that to a whole new level.
