With extra beets? Beets are some of the highest glycemic index vegetables available, at ~61
The cheesecake isn't "that" bad for diabetics, raspberries are low with a GI of 32 and dates are around 40. But it's pointless if you already eat so much sugar anyway, it's only extra fuel on the fire
It's an entire meal of sugar, with added sugar and a desert of more sugar.
According to cronometer, just the beets, noodles and cheesecake alone provides more than 100g of carbs, with half of that being pure sugar and other half basically starch -- which is turned into sugar inside the body anyway
