This reminds me of Aggie when he had a meltdown on Twitter and screamed about that nobody can call a trans woman a pedophile.

This kind of behavior is how pedophiles and other kinds of predators are allowed to prowl around the LGBT community, because some pedophile like Kevin will claim that people calling pedophiles out for being pedophiles if they're also "queer" is actually transphobic or some bullshit like that (even if the people saying that also happen to be trans). Also, the little fetish is common outside of the LGBT community as well (DDLG, etc).

You are allowed to grow up to six plants for personal use in Colorado, up to twelve in a residence, per state law. (Source) I'm not sure about how it all works with all their guns and all that, and of course the ATF being a federal thing, I'm not sure if the state law matters.

But yes, barring a federal intervention that I don't think is likely quite yet, they could have a few plants for themselves, as long as they aren't trying to sell it. In fact, that would be the smart thing to do, as it isn't hard, you can do it in a small space, save yourself money, and gain some satisfaction of using something that you grew yourself.

So, of course he hasn't tried it, he's lazy and a compulsive spender. It's not like he has nothing to do all day, and could easily learn how to do it and get almost all of the necessary materials online for relatively cheap. Just take the logical thing do to, think of the opposite, and we have the Troonicorn Ranch operations.

I find that a lot of times the fucked up MtF fetishists will chase straight dudes for the idea that they are so UwU Female that vanilla straight guys physically can't resist. My grandmother grew a pot of it on her back porch (it helped with the nausea going through chemo) in a state where it is illegal. It's not hard to grow, especially if you can legally do it out in the open. It would be the one thing Kev could be put in charge of because it wouldn't require a lot of manual labor that he is clearly too weak and out of shape to do. Also, if he's broke, it would be one way to cut back on expenses so he doesn't have to grift so much (lol, as if he's ever going to stop that now that's he gotten a taste of suckering people out of their money).
