Instead of appealing, she submitted yet another amended complaint. Needless to say, this is moot because her suit is still dismissed.

Spoke to someone.

Lol wow, thank you for this.
Go back and reread, gaslighter.
I could read it a million times and it still sounds like the ramblings of a schizo.
Also, since you have failed miserably every time, you may want to try to listen.
Spoke to someone.
Was that person in your head?
Just start at the beginning.
Are you actually gonna read and understand or just act like a know-it-all sperg?

Go for it.
Firstly read through the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure. Here's one for the 11th circuit(that includes Georgia). You can find it here. Then file a Notice of Appeal with the district court in which you lost the case (in your case it's the southern district). Upon receiving a confirmation from the appeals court of an accepted appeal, the appeal court will direct you to file a brief.

That's as basic as I can make the introduction. To find what must be put in the Notice of Appeal, look at FRAP Rule 3 (c). Be sure to check out Rule 3 (d) and (e) as well! They are very important to a successful start!

There is a small problem, though. You failed to object to R&R which, in 11th circuit means "[you] waive the right to challenge on appeal the district court’s order based on unobjected-to factual and legal conclusions if the party was informed of the time period for objecting and the consequences on appeal for failing to object." - 11th Cir. R. 3-1

Hope this helps, and I wish you luck!

To anyone curious, yes she was informed.

Your appeal will be dismissed is what I wrote there.
