Joyful is a whale so he's not being sarcastic, whales really do think that they're causing trolls to seethe, cope, tie nooses, prepare poisons and load handguns when they drop loads of their cash on Phil, only for him to spend it on gacha and overly expensive takeout right after the stream ends. I will grant you one thing, most everyone else in his chat I do feel are sarcastic and are taking the piss when they say that trolls "lost" when he hits the tips goal because they're what Dave calls "ironic fans". The kind of tards that throw bits at Dave with insulting messages thinking that they're "owning" him by doing so.

The weirdest thing to me regarding this whole "own the trolls" thing is that, even if it were true that people get their days ruined... You're still spending a lot of your money.

I can understand disliking people. I can understand being angry at people and wanting to get back at them. But spending hundreds, thousands of dollars to do it? To get back at people you don't even know personally? Like, I have enough disposable income to do that kind of shit, but I'd never do it, because it's retarded. Any money that I don't spend on myself I'll invest. So I just can't wrap my head around this.

And they're not even that rich. If they were, we'd see 300 dollars donations every day by the same person. They're actually spending money that they should be saving up. It's so absolutely bizarre how crazy some people in the autism vortex are.

I wish I could see OIC's or Joyful Oblivion's look on their faces 10 years from now ,when they realize that, had they invested the money they spent on Phil, they'd have enough money to make a down payment for their dream house, or whatever. Now that will be funny.
