Oh my GodBear, I totally missed that! I was focused on the text and didn't pay attention to the signature. That is fucking hilarious. It's a good indicator of just how far Pammy's literacy and writing abilities have deteriorated just within the past few months. Hell, actually just within the past few weeks; she could spell her first and last name correctly less than two weeks ago:

I hadn't read the R&R entirely previously. just did, and wow, the patience of the judge in spelling out all that shit is amazing.

Magistrate Judge Christopher L. Ray has the patience of a fucking saint. He was assigned to her 2019 lawsuit Swain v. Stewart et al as well. He bent over backwards to give her the benefit of the doubt and chance after chance to fix her fuck ups since she was filing pro se. He explained so much to her in multiple orders, but Pammy didn't listen to any of it, instead filing something like 9-10 incoherent "amended complaints" that didn't address any of the problems he identified with her lolsuit. Eventually he recommended that lawsuit be thrown out.

Since Pammy's 2020 lawsuit was just an attempted redo of her 2019 lawsuit, of course he recommended that nonsense also be dismissed. With prejudice this time and with the threat of sanctions if she kept filing nonsense with the court. But Pammy refuses to understand what that means, so this is definitely not the end of her lolsuit saga.

I was particularly amused by this:

" Though the Court does not find sanctions to be appropriate at this time, continued abusive filings will warrant a more severe response. The Court will not hesitate to guard itself against vexatious litigants through the imposition
of filing restrictions or other appropriate actions.5 As such, plaintiff is DIRECTED to include a copy of this Report and Recommendation and any order adopting it with all future filings related to the facts alleged"

I'm going to out on a limb and say Ms Batshit here will not comply with this directive.

Oh she absolutely won't. She's already filing more "amended complaints" on a lolsuit that was dismissed with prejudice and the file was closed. My bet is she's going to try to file the exact same nonsense "amended complaints" in another Georgia district court. She whined earlier about wanting to transfer her case there because she thought Based Judge Ray was a big meaniehead for explaining the law to her and how she had no case. I guess she thinks district courts never talk to eachother and so no one will catch her trying to violate the law.

I've seen some crazy shit, but Ms Batshit here might wind up being my favorite in the world of paranoid vexatious lawsuits.

I'm going to have to go back and read the original and this latest one to get some laughs.

Pammy's habit of filing lolsuit after lolsuit (five that we know of) that all get thrown out without ever being served on her targets is one of my favorite aspects of her lolcowdom. She's even worse at lolsuits than both Melinda Scott and Russell Greer, which is a damned low bar to clear.

What I'm wondering about is what "appropriate legal decisions" she thinks she's able to make at this point. Her case has been dismissed with prejudice, so she legally can't refile it. However, that definitely won't stop Porky Pammy from trying again. So maybe she plans on refiling her lolsuit in another federal district court. She's enough of a crazy retard to think she'd get away with that and not be immediately BTFO.

Alternatively, her making "appropriate legal decisions" may simply be Pammy-speak for "calling up court clerks and screaming incoherently at them about her paranoid delusions." She seems to think the court clerks can somehow overturn rulings or have federal judges investigated based on the words of a crazy retard who doesn't have a case.
