There have been cases of kids prosecuted for sending nudes, because they're making child porn of themselves (though while it's still illegal it's more to get them help, involved with law enforcement and social services and away from whoever is making them do it) and there was one case recently of some influencer sharing one of her baby photos and making lewd comments about it that got some legal types looking at it iirc. So yes, I think it would be illegal. Coomers don't stick to just one source, and it's creating child porn and fuelling demand from paedos for more content, however it's made, so they're going to seek out more from less benign (for want of a better word) sources.
