It's not fully body like Miko, it's the better iphone tracking being more commercially available as the various face-tracking apps update to use it and new modeling/rigging techniques that work with the better face-tracking. My understanding is it's a lot like the technique that hololive uses already.

Hana's not a main branch liver. Why do you think they would give a liver from a 3rd world nation instant upgrade to latest anime face tracking tech when they should give that shit to their biggest money maker which is the JP branch?

Plus, it's likely that her 2.0 upgrade was in the works way before they get the new shiny 3.0 tech. Money has been spent to make her 2.0 and it's finished prolly around the time the new 3.0 was announced so might as well have her use it than scrap it.

Gotta say, I really like where Flare is as a streamer right now. It must have been rough being gen 3 underdog.

I think that outfit has been a great update for her, the old one is a flavor of the month style isekai mess and the eyes had a bad iris design that would always look really messed up with the tracking. She seems a lot more confident these days too.

Undertale is a great game, really, despite its obnoxious fandom

I played Undertale for like 1 hour and didn't like it, I felt that jokes/gimmicks were sold to you in kinda ham-fisted (or, for the lack of less pretentious-sounding word, declarative) way, like: "here we gonna do the thing!"
But after suffering together with Kanata for so many attempts I started to think that maybe I should give this game a second chance, now when I know how many gimmicks per minute I can expect.

Because she's (relatively) popular? I had no idea being upgraded was a ceremonial ministry, an honor if you will.
I thought as soon as the tech became available, anyone with the rig and space to do so could opt to upgrade.

No idea about the context of this specifically, but the comments section has already devolved into yelling about the Pekora and Aqua hate each other rrat. I honestly have no idea about any of that background, and this is the first thing I've seen from the supposed interactions. . . and they seem to be friendly here. Apparently, Pekora liked some dude that was talking to Aqua more than her, and I guess her fans raided an Aqua PubG stream? I've never seen anything concrete, and people keep saying the proof is that they don't call or interact mutually. . . I don't know.

Hmm, so let me break this down coherently. From what I know this single recording is the core of a huge rrat that Pekora and Aqua hate each other. I've seen this called many things, from bullying to a misunderstanding. Comments talk about it being a false narrative and that the context seems to be Aqua and Pekora hanging out and trying to awkwardly make friends, this attempt breaking down from Aqua rejecting the friendship as a joke. Also hanging out with some male friends, but I have even less context and info about that.

What do I think? I think it's demonstrated in the recent collab that if they're on bad terms, that it is no where near what people think. I would say at worst personally that they are indifferent. Subaru reporting that while they barely talked, she didn't say anything negative about the collab. They're also both some of if not the absolute worst introverts in all of Hololive JP and I think it only fuels the rrat. I also would like to point out that Pekora's past fanbase and antis had a rather harsh break from her, as from what I heard she basically told them bye and that she's going to be a vtuber, I'd suspect the origin of this related to them.

In short, someone fetch a translator and see what can be figured out. Otherwise there's too much dubious about this and the people pushing info about the situation. This is essentially 12 minutes of Aqua and Pekora hanging out and then some kind of minor scene at the end. They seem otherwise professional and just awkward as fuck.
