What else could he have done that he didn't already do. The thing with Texas is that we are over capacity with the number of power plants we have (people keep moving in but there are so many regulations due to the environmentalists when it comes to power plants it's nearly impossible to build more, plus most of them are tied together so when one goes down it can very easily take others with it like Christmas lights).
Sure Cruz should have suffered with the rest of us but this was an issue that would have happened sooner rather than later. Texas either needs more energy plants OR it needs to abort people out of the state. Both are unlikely so it'll probably happen again
