Lolcow Melinda Leigh Scott & Marshall Castersen - Sue-happy couple. Flat earth conspiracists. Pretending to be Jewish. Believe Kiwi Farms is protected by the Masonic Order. 0-6 on lawsuits. Marshall is dead.

Civil judgements for intentional torts are typically nondischargeable if the debtor objects, but I don't think a judgement ordering her to pay someone's legal fees after she frivolously sued them would necessarily fall into that category.
Nope. They fall into the same category a speeding ticket does. You pay up or else.

I haven't failed at anything. The definition of "fail" is to "not achieve one's goal". You can't fail at something that involves other people.
You have failed at everything you have ever done. You are the dumbest person in any room you are in. You have no understanding of law or even basic human interaction.

You are a dopey spunk trumpet and the only thing you have ever done is be used for sex by losers and deadbeats.

Once your lawsuit is dismissed again you should put a gun in your mouth and pull the trigger.

Holy shit. Just read the motion to recuse. My bet is on the judge denying her motion, imposing an order to prevent her filing further without judicial pre-authorisation, the case being adjourned for a bit, kicked up to Judge Sargeant, and the utter fucking HAMMER being dropped by Sergeant. Dismissed WITH prejudice along with sanction. Perhps VL designation

I don't see why the judge wouldn't just dismiss the whole case along with her motion. He made it clear he intends to rule on it

You have failed at everything you have ever done.
I don't share that opinion. Major reason being:
Good for you Pam. Now, why do you believe it is impossible to fail if multiple people are involved in something and what is the goal you have not failed to reach, for the record, thank you.
The definition of "fail" is to "not achieve one's goal". If others have goals in the course of events that intermingle with your course of action than you can't rightly say someone has failed because others' goals are not your goal.

For example, if my goal is to walk to the bank and deposit $50 I had saved into the bank to pay a bill and on the way person A robs me of $10 and I only get $40 into my account, then I cannot say "I failed to deposit $50 into my bank account".

But, if on the way I stop for an ice cream cone even though I knew I needed the money to pay a bill and I only get $47.50 into the account then one could say "I failed to deposit $50".

The word "fail" denotes the idea that one was intentionally sabotaging their own course of conduct by their own choice, free of outside pressures or circumstances.

bet if one of her kids asks for a cheeto they'll be punched in the face
I got them their own bag to enjoy. Kosher food runs on the higher end ($$$) for things like cheetos. $5/bag and half of it is air. They liked them too. I taught them how to enjoy food like that by eating slowly. "Less is more" approach. Quality over quantity.
No. Civil Judgements cannot be discharged by bankruptcy. She risks becoming joshes special friend for the rest of her life. She is also flirting with literal contempt, which is a criminal matter. A particularly pissed off judge could in theory order her to pay the fees for the bullshit and if she does not pony up her SSI check for the month find her in contempt and jail her. Such an outcome is unthinkable, usually, but Melinda seems hell bent to try and figure out how absurd she can make this situation.

Remember, debtors prisons are no longer a thing, but when the government says you have to pay, it's not debt. It's an obligation. Be it for child support payment, not paying criminal fines, or not paying sanction fees for being a retard. People are in fact sent to jail for these things and the inability to pay is not a viable defense.
This is inaccurate for a few reasons. For one, SSI cannot be garnished. Secondly, thanks to the Jews in the USA who had enough sense to infuse American secular law with verses from the Torah, you can't take a basic level of existence from people (or Virginia Homestead Exemption Act). This comes directly from The Torah.

Also, people can be jailed for delinquent child support debts, by not other civil and court debts.

The inefficiency and ineffectiveness of jailing people for not paying child support is another debate. But one reason I'm largely against the structure of the child support system.

I don't share that opinion of yours. This is s narrative you created in your head.

You normally don't post stuff like this. Having a hard day?

I will not make the same mistake my father did. I have 6 beautiful blessings (children) who look to me every day for food, love and guidance. They need me. They will need me even when I am an adult.

My father made the mistake of thinking that once I became an adult I wouldn't need him.

Here's to hoping that the lawsuit gets dismissed within the next week or so.
Meh, I'm thinking something will appear around April 1. Someone in the Abingdon office contracted COVID-19 and they shut the office down for a bit. I think they are back logged.

Only time will tell!

Major reason being:
It cut off my text. Was supposed to say:

"Major reason being: I set realistic goals for myself"

When the court sanctions you they dont garnish your SSI. They simply order you to pay cash money. Where said cash comes from is entirely up to you but if you dont pay it can lead to contempt charges. They cant order you to use the SSI money, but if that is your only source of income I will leave you to draw the obvious conclusions as to just what it means when the court says pay up or else.

That is inaccurate.

Contempt charges are not for judgment debts. By law, people get time to pay debts. Civil debts fall off your record every 2 to 7 years, depending on the type of event.

Accidental truthfulness :story:
No, I just got interrupted 3 times with 3 phone calls while trying to type and wasn't paying attention to what I was typing

Your goal was to deposit $50. You did not do it. You did not succeed, therefore, you failed. It's as easy as that.
Here's a better example:
Your goal is to be paid attention to. Nobody is listening to you in this thread as you have not posted butthole pics, therefore, you have failed to draw attention.

Are you going to teach them 'quality over quantity' when it comes to marriages and relationships too?

Her goal is to extrajudicially punish Null justice or Law be damned. She stated it very clearly

That is true even without any shutdowns, so, yeah that's also a good guess. Personally, I think the judge will rule sooner, though. He seems like he wants to just get it over with already, that's the feeling I got from his most recent order.

Hopefully. Certainly every second he leaves it unresolved is another second she's plotting further scumbaggery.

Jesus, you have deluded yourself here badly. You are playing chicken and assuming you cant get hurt because you are judgement proof. Sanctions are not a "civil debt". They are more like a "criminal fine" when imposed by the court. Think less owing Null money and more owing the State because of unpaid parking tickets. When you sign at the bottom of all your meaningless drivel that you send to the court, you are submitting yourself voluntarily to the rules of that court, which include punishments if you break them.

And just like an unpaid parking ticket it never goes away and eventually the State shows up to demand their pound of flesh. Usually at a steeper price then it was originally. Dont even know why I am helping you. Probably because I think you are too stupid to take my warning seriously.
