Charles Alexander Berry / Buck Daniel Riley / Toggle the Rat / @onebiggrumpyrat / ExitMouse / Smoochthispooch / huskeyindenial / clunkymunk - Doug Spink's little animal rapist friend

Well part of it is convincing themselves of their lunacy that its normal. If Buck mentioned that shit to someone who wasn't a Zoophile then they'd think they're insane rightfully so for thinking common animal behaviors means the dog wants to fuck your ass. Defunding mental institutions was a mistake.
Actual pedophiles are pretty much the same. The "extremely mature for his/her age" "precocious" child was "displaying blatant and obvious signs of wanting the D" and "was trying to seduce me" Your Honour, I swear "he/she pretty much forced him/herself" on me and I had no choice but to concede and fuck them until they sustained life-threatening trauma.

I have no sympathy for them, but it's clearly some kind of mental illness. They need treatment, and if it doesn't succeed, the Panacea to cure all illness: a copper-jacketed lead pill administered via a 24" steel tube at around 3000 fps.

In Minecraft.

And in Tenessee (where Buck lives) Beastiality is a felony and it's possible that he'll get the death penalty.
Calm down there, fella. Buck is probably painfully aware it's not legal and as autistic, as he is will never put himself in that vulnerable of a position. If it took me 10 seconds to find out it was illegal I'm sure he is painfully aware of it and that's the whole reason he does his virtue signalling through social media and his podcast. The only person who could ever really stand up to him won't. It would take Trevor to be a witness and have empirical evidence that Buck in fact abused an animal but also reported it appropriately. Hearsay and conjecture simply are not good enough for TN law enforcement. That's implying they would actually act on it. If you've seen the crime statistics in Memphis (38118 specifically) you'll realize they can barely do their base job let alone worrying about alleged dog fuckers.

It's sad but that's the reality and what it would take to convict Buck. Even then he'd pull the "I have autism" get out of jail free card and go to therapy.

Do you think DeadwingDork's Livestream could be used against Buck in court?
The evidence shown in the google doc could be. The guys who found all of that info on Buck already sent it to the cops, but the police haven't started an investigation because they didn't have a video of Buck in the act.
I reuploaded the stream mainly as a way to spread the info about Toggle to more people to further cement his name as a dogfucking animal abusing zoophile, regardless of whether or not he's prosecuted (and considering the area's crime statistics, it doesn't seem like the cops can do their jobs very well).
I would recommend asking Null if he could host it directly.
Alright, I'll try that.

They give death sentences for bestiality? Holy shit why the fuck isn't that more common? These are the types of offenders with absurd rates of recidivism (child molesters, animal abusers and such are so ridiculously likely to reoffend it's a wonder any prison system ever lets them out, registry or no).

Appeals process would become a thing in a death penalty case, though. One of the nice things about life-no-parole is that there tends to be less bullshit with appeals clogging crap up to my knowledge. Still pretty apropos for someone who likely resulted in multiple animal euthanizations to get eventually euthanized himself.

Has anyone in Tennessee ever gotten the death penalty for bestiality before? Pretty sure it's a class E felony there, which means the most he'd get is six years. It shares the same legal severity of getting caught shooting up heroin or possession of stolen property in the same state.

Edit: That said, there are numerous restrictions involved that Buck won't like. He won't be allowed to own animals (not that that stopped Doug Spink), he'll be expected to attend counselling, and he'll be forced to pay the ASPCA or whomever takes his animals the shelter and vet costs for dealing with his leftovers.

Noted, but I think the "I have autism" excuse won't work in court because this ain't Virginia and the crimes he committed would result in several felonies which means he'll either get the death penalty or spend the rest of his life in prison.

I have no sympathy for them, but it's clearly some kind of mental illness.
I’ve seen some of them claim that zoophilia isn’t a mental illness and that telling anyone who experiences the attraction being to just “get help” isn’t actually helpful. I mean, if your attraction to animals (or kids) is strong enough that you feel compelled to talk about it online, let alone revolve your entire online presence around it, then you absolutely do need help because normal people don’t fucking do that.

Never fails to gross me out seeing how they try to normalize this shit.

"BUT MUH STIGMA KEEPS ME FROM GETTING HELP"

Any excuse to keep being a sick fuck, right Toggle?

I've also seen them claim that Zoophilia is a "sexuality" like no it isn't, dog isn't a gender, cat isn't a gender, cow isn't a gender, horse isn't a gender, animals are not a gender.

Well hey there is plenty of fucked up shit already that's normalized so they just see an opportunity to try and normalize their garbage. Give it 5-10 years and we're going to see "out and proud zoosexuals" with people such as Vaush types doing debates on the ethics of raping a horse.

As much of a happy ending that would be for everyone involved, the reality is far darker in that he won't be detained anytime soon without proper evidence and certainly not before law enforcement is 100% sure about him.

Could take years if Levi's, Nick Bates' and even Onision's thread are anything to go by. *sigh*

It's probably in your best interest to understand what is qualified and considered extreme enough for executing someone under capitol punishment. TN may be a southern state but even the death penalty is used so rarely in such limited circumstances it's not just something that happens over night for cases like this:

I don't care much for Buck either but saying he'll get the death penalty is A-Logging showboating that will never really happen. tl;dr LOL calm down.

“MUH STIGMA” is actually the worst excuse. It implies he had a precognitive notion that before he got into being a sack of shit zoobuser and wanted to fuck animals, he know the consequences of his actions. I really don’t think he deserves help. He clearly knew he could get it since the start and even before he spiraled into who he is today.

It’s not that anyone is keeping him from getting help, it’s that he wants everyone to keep him from getting help. He’s straw manning the entire world because him admitting something he already has admitted to publicly is a little too much for our autistic soggy fuckwad.

The guy who got caught running a bestiality farm and helped Mr. Hands commit death by horse dick didn't even get the death penalty. There is no way Toggle, who is at most provable a bargain basement dogfucker, is going to get the chair unless his buddies in prison find out about what he did and decide to take matters into their own hands. Most he can get is 6 years and a fine (along with provisions to not own dogs anymore), and I'm pretty sure Class E felonies don't stack.

good things come to the patient, perhaps

I'd really rather it turn out that he's all talk and hasn't actually crossed that particular bridge for a number of reasons, but y'know. Can't ALWAYS get what you want.
