MCU Television and Animation Series on Disney + - WandaVision, FATWS, Loki, etc

Why imply Evan Peters is Fox Quicksilver and then do a total fake out? They said this ties into Multiverse of Madness and No Way Home, when no, not really, a Dr. Strange cameo would have done it. Also, why did White Vision fuck off? Those are my main problems with this. Otherwise the end credit scene with Wanda was pretty cool.

Did they just announce a movie titled The Mutants? No more Mystique, more Rogue putting Captain Marvel in a coma and stealing her powers.

It was bullshit that Wanda didn't face any repercussions at all for her actions.

If you have a psychotic break and kill a bunch or people (or, say... imprison and mind fuck them all for weeks/months on end) you still did it, even if you get better by the end.

More than the overt SJW shit, this is what I hate in media today. If the main character is strong woman or pee oh see, we're supposed to pretend that they're heroes, even when they do decidedly unheroic shit and never get called out for it.

"They'll never understand what you sacrificed for them," was a fucking insult.

The thing that confused me the most about Peters’ conclusion is how he immediately disappeared after it happened. Even if he’s nobody after all, you could at least have some kind of resolution to his story, maybe he assists with the final fight in a small way, powers or no powers. Throw a rock at Agatha or something as revenge for literally mind-controlling him. Something, at least.

Wasn't "The Mutants" Stan Lee's original name for the Xmen, before he realized it was a shit name and went with xmen instead?

I'd give the finale a 7. I admire the balls on the MCU for what they did with "Pietro", but I did expect more out of Monica and the finale as a whole. The emotional beats were well done and Wanda's new getup looks great.

Yea finale was good in some ways, but it felt lacking to some of the episodes.

Still confused on what they are placing her as a villian or a hero? Or will she just be the psychotic hermit you visit when life gets ya bored.
Wanda's been grey since her first appearance in the MCU. Just because Monica can empathize with her doesn't mean the show or universe is saying she was in the right. If she was, she never would've let anyone go.

I don't give a shit about Quicksilver or Mutantswank so seeing the fans of those get assblasted was great. Pietro being a rando named Ralph actually does more to explain why the fuck he knows Vision had died twice (since it seems all civilians as well know what happened during all the big Avengers fights) or why he doesn't know anything about Pietro and Wanda's shared childhood.

But overall, kind of meh on the finale. Not the worst I've seen, not the best. Vision vs Vision Blanco was pretty good and I liked the former defeating the latter with facts and logic. I was confused why Blanco fucked off when he got his memories back but I guess he doesn't have the emotional connection to them yet and has to figure that out. Why Vision didn't tell Wanda all of this is a bigger mystery. Wanda vs Agatha was a bland MCU CGIfest, kinda boring. Wanda using the runes against Agatha was a good idea and I'm fine with that. I do appreciate she didn't kill Agatha off and there's hints the latter might be useful in some point in the future. The first half of the episode especially was incredibly rushed. I have no idea why either, they desperately needed like another episode or an added 30 mins or so to this one, to spread things out a bit. I feel like even Wanda and Vision's last moments together suffered because of that. It was touching, ofc, and their scenes were the best part of the episode, but it needed a bit more, I dunno, room to breathe I guess.

Basically, glad that Vision survived in Blanco's form, Agatha is still around and there is hope for the twins. Now you'll have to excuse me while I forget this franchise exists until Wanda and/or Vision show up again since I don't actually like the MCU.

My first real introduction to her as A vs X then i went back and read her other stuff.

So i kinda got the idea she was as insane in the comics as portrayed in the animated series considering how A vs X went.

She is probably gonna have a villain arc in the next Dr. Strange movie. Agatha's warning and the post credit scene where she is reading the Darkhold with ominous music playing kinda heavily foreshadows her going down a dark path. My prediction is she's a secondary villain in the movie and Dr. Strange with the help of Vision bring her back to their side to fight the main villain of the movie.

I imagine Mordo's going to try and take advantage of the situation. That guy sure likes his order.

The finale was a real let down. I remember seeing Elizabeth Olsen saying we were going to get a Luke Skywalker level cameo, and it wasn't Even Peters. So what was it? The fucking skrull that showed up at the end? When Harkness mentioned that Scarlet Witch was more powerful than the Sorcerer Supreme, I thought maybe Dr. Strange would appear, but no. And having Even Peters in the show was such a tease. Why have him if he isn't going to be the other Quicksilver? This show was really great up until the end. I hope Falcon and the Winter Soldier is better.
