Speaking of callcenter scammers, I think this is the only other job he could do. He would put on a fake Italian or Polish accent to steal money from the elderly. He matches the general whaling MO but this ghost tip suggests it might not be. Late in the stream tonight he told Phil the problem was that he tried to send that large tip with a debit card instead of his credit card, resulting in the bank freezing the transaction and possibly his checking account. Phil recommended that he call the bank and try to cancel it, saying that it was for a streamer and that he was sending money because he likes what the streamer does, but that they froze it so it was best to cancel it. Phil said it made no sense for the funds to sit there 'not coming to me and... uh... out of your account'.
I watch Kitboga and this sounds like when a scammer is trying to tell an elderly person what to say to the bank to conceal obvious red flags.
Anyway, if this is all true, this doesn't seem like a mistake a seasoned whale like OiC would make. Then again, he is retarded and this is a great way to get extra conversation going with his master. Maybe build a rapport... there is a mod spot open after all...
No. It's even worse than that. $300 to bring the Jeans into the office and look at them. He never said he would put them on.$300 to put on some jeans.

"I need tho-that inheritance... to pay muh bills."WHO TALKS ABOUT THEIR MOTHER LIKE THAT?! "She is going to die".
Even if that's the truth, WHO THE FUCK WOULD SAY THAT?! ABOUT THEIR OWN MOTHER. JESUS HOA FEE PAYING CHRIST. THIS MAN.
Whatever Phil inherits he will piss it away within days. Weeks if we are generous."I need tho-that inheritance... to pay muh bills."
So same as last month. And the month before that. etc"If I just can hold on until my Twitch paycheck on the 15th I can recover so I need tips until then..."
Lemme guess... on the 15th his Twitch paycheck will be immediately retconned and he'll need tips really bad again. It'll either be a straight retcon or he'll make up some phantom chargebacks or BEHIND DA SCENES EXPENSES again.
Following DSP in the past few years really feels like you're stuck in some kind of timeloop
People are giving him legit advice could help improve his lifestyle and in the long run benefit him. Watch how he will block most of them and yell "trolls and haters"Usually when he puts out tweets like this, there's a few stream regulars who try to "stay positive" and believe Phil can push through it. Here though, I think everyone's getting tired of it; everyone wants to know where the money goes!
To avoid double-posting, WillSonofAragorn's "very generous" tip should be clearing today. Will it be enough to FINALLY pay the tax guy?

I remember watching an advetising documentary once, some chocolate company a while back (Hersheys I think) absolutely dominated the market to the point of almost no competition. They decided to drop all their advertising figuring that people would just buy their product anyway over other companies. Sales dropped massively. You see, you have to remind people to spend money otherwise they just won't or they'll spend surprisingly little.Tips goal earned already during the pre stream.
It amazes me the pure begging actually works.
