A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

I can see two avenues to reverse this; The first would be the Supreme Court to override them, and the second would be for mass migration, be it Minority or Carpetbagging White Liberal, to overtake the State then undo it.

I think in the long term it is incredibly likely that one of the two scenarios happens, unless by pure luck, which occasionally happens, the law gets completely overlooked after a decade or so (and probably ignored because of it).

"There's absolutely no 'compassion' in threatening doctors with imprisonment for providing trans youth with the best-practice care they need to survive and thrive,"
This pedo enabler should count himself lucky politicians stepped in. The kind of "no compassion" that would otherwise have been shown to these freaks far exceeds imprisonment and fines.

I'm a bit torn on this one. I generally have a loathing of making things felonies if it isn't absolutely necessary. It deprives individuals of too many fundamental rights in our broke-ass system, is a great political cudgel, and too many things that shouldn't be felonies currently are.

On the other hand, state and medical professional sanctioned destruction of children is also really fucked up and makes my goddamn blood boil.

I think I like the intent more than the law itself.

Obviously, if we had working institutions and/or a social landscape that wasn't increasingly dominated by insane perverts, there'd be no need for this kind of law because the people who tried to do this shit to kids would be stopped long before it got to that stage. But we don't have either of those things, so formalization of what used to be common sense in the form of criminal penalties is obviously necessary.

One of the underappreciated vices of a (nominally) multipolar society is that because everyone doesn't speak the same moral language, even basic shit has to be legislated because not everyone regards it as basic anymore, and there's no way to reconcile the two absent a political power contest.

The party of small government strikes again.
I don’t even really disagree with them other than I disagree with the government being involved in healthcare decisions. Blanket bans are never good.

In other aspects, I wonder what the text of the bill is and if some enterprising group could argue it bans other surgeries and treatments.

15 years ago, I went to visit a friend who inherited her family farm. She told me that the year before the local High School was going to have its first ever integrated prom. The night before the prom, the gym was burned to the ground.
Fast forward today and it would probably be seen as stunning and brave to separate those poor minorities from the predations of the wh*teoid menace.

They have major things in common and are both deranged cults that deny obvious physical reality.

So another Yaniv who wants to force real women to touch his disgusting mutilated nards.
So what i get out of this is guy is pissed cause he's sitting in medical segregation for his safety and others cause he came in unstable and demanding special treatment which is frowned upon in jail and won't make you any friends. When you're in jail, no whining. Everyone gets strip frisk searched with both male and female guards present, the fucking entitlement of this guy.

The kites guys are sending him under the door about asking him for sexual favours are 99.9% just a joke to fuck with him.

And when he says he's held in this little corner of the jail its no different than any other part of the jail it looks exactly the same just you spend almost all your time under lockdown and you get more access to doctors.

And he only did 3 months... yeah that lawsuit isn't going anywhere, it's just going to empty his pockets to his lawyer just like Yaniv is doing right now

Parents, members of the transgender communities and medical experts opposed to the bills say it is dangerous, and that lawmakers do not understand the already difficult process to receive gender-affirming care.
"Medical Experts" being the fuckoffs who don't deserve a medical license being angry their lifetime patient and paycheck just got made a felony.

The bills run "counter to medical science, prevailing standards of treatment for transgender youth, and basic human dignity," the American Civil Liberties Union of Alabama said in a statement.
Counter to what medical science exactly? Some biased study put out by a bunch of brainwashed college kids at Harvard? The tards that are claiming racism is a public health risk?

wtf I love incest now
Alabama proving incest is wincest by being based.

Already a slow death by a thousand cuts, what is a felony will become a misdemeanor, and so on. Just Like Cali making knowingly infecting others with the AIDS virus >less illegal<.
Nah I don't like the heat. Too many white people there anyways
I'll take a little heat over getting stabbed with screw drivers by mexicans/blacks. A low crime-rate is pretty great.
