They cultivated this atmosphere over the last five years (and beyond) and in the face of only a fraction of the scrutiny that the Trump administration received it is clear that the administration is unprepared from top to bottom. How the fuck did this happen?

My theory is they were fully prepared for a literal fight from Trump over the rigging and when he conceded they were utterly dumbfounded.
