What's the possibility that Phil let his driver's license lapse? Do we have any "Phil at the DMV" stories? It seems like if he had to spend half of his day off at the DMV, we would have at least one rant about how his entire day was wasted by those lazy government jackasses just sitting around and doing nothing while he, a mature adult, had places to be.

Maybe he was too lazy to renew it, realized one day that it was expired a year ago, and then didn't want to go through the trouble (and cost) of fixing it. I don't know what Washington license laws are though; don't some states just mail you a new one?

If you're not American, you probably don't understand that for health coverage to actually widely cover treatment for conditions, you have to frequent what your health insurance company considers "in-network" providers. These are providers who have agreed to accept your insurance coverage and, here's the important part, accept the pay schedule of that company for the services they agree to provide to the insurance network members. If you do go to another provider, referred to often as "out-of-network," you are often completely on the hook financially for service and they charge you what they want for the service you seek from them, you essentially have no health insurance covering your care and it all comes out of your Scopely addiction gambling funds, I mean pocket, yeah, pocket. So the closer providers can be used, Phil just won't have any insurance coverage for using them instead of the out of the way provider because only that one accepts whatever insurance he's covered by is a probable scenario controlling the decisions here.

However, he could be lying too because it's DSP and that's always in play as well.

The self-aware state that coming out of closet that deep would have meant an entirely different approach and view of life... he certainly got goodwill fucked up genes, I couldn't see him digging his way out of that deep ass closet; probably the closest he'd get to acknowledging his fairy side would be the old craigslist m4m posts.

I made the mistake of single handed shooting my first gun: a mossberg 500 rolling thunderer with just a pistol grip and 3" magnum slugs... my wrist was fucked for a couple weeks. Ignorance of recoil is a real thing you can fuck yourself up good over.

Hmmm.

I was actually thinking, since DSP seems to be having issues with car driving as in he's too lazy to drive his wife to work so he can use the car himself, those days that he did those DSP tries it segments I think during the vest streak, where claims he had to go out for a moment to pick the items up (like the Starbucks drink), if he had his maid drive him? Maybe the timeframe/days line up with her days off? Not sure if anybody remembers that specific information off-hand.

We may be on to something here...

Some states will let you renew online or by mail to a certain point based on a number of years before you have to physically go to a DMV or Secretary of State building and get a new photo taken, so you can't be 50 with a license from when you were 25. I'm too lazy to research if this is the case for Washington but considering this is a man who won't wash his groin if he doesn't feel like it I wouldn't put it past him.

Oh yeah, I'm American so I know what in-network and out-of-network is.

I just can't fathom that NONE of the ENT doctors in Seattle are in-network. Seattle is not some small city, and it is an extremely "blue" city, so I can't imagine none of the doctors take Obamacare.

If we could read his user score that would be funny. Do you think it can get negative? Well it could possibly mean he might never get ads again. Or perhaps the most basic adds and no premium.
