The key is more than three days. It's not hard to get sprung after 24 hours. But it's possible many are. Between the suicide baiting, obvious anger issues, and the fact a lot of trannies are on the Sex Offender Registry, they're likely the smallest gun owning demographic in the U.S. relative to their size, and if not damn close to it.

Honestly I'm pretty sure it would. Short of them shooting a pizza man, Everything they said is an actually pretty solid defense. The cop wouldn't be fooled for a second that they got exactly what they wanted, but unless they tricked, trapped, or baited someone into coming onto their property, then they would be totally in the right.

Like genuine question, how much money would it take to give you a BB gun and a maga cap and approach their compound? You'd have to be mental or prepared for a firefight. The only defense you could make is that you were out hunting and looking for your dog and had no idea they were crazy.

Man to spend life in prison for killing teens in burglary

Prosecutor said angry homeowner baited teens then fired 9 shots at them with 2 guns.

So this is the case it reminds me of. Its not obviously the EXACT same scenario, however, the guy was waiting for someone to break in because he had been robbed before and was convicted because his actions were not found to be reasonable. Because of Bonnie's tweets about shooting to kill, the purchase of new guns, the body armor, etc this no longer is a simple case of self-defense because of the preparing that went into it before hand as well as their refusal to engage law enforcement before anything happened. In the case I linked, the man made it look like he wasn't home to get the kids to break in again so it does have bait elements, however the attitudes the tranch display fall out of reasonable levels for sake of law enforcement as well as pre-meditation.

You can't prepare for a literal armed conflict and use self-defense as a get out of jail free card without first having the cops fail you multiple times.

EDIT: I will also say until we see the so-called threats its also hard to really make a determination. The nature of the threats would also play a part in how this gets viewed. The fact the kiwis who went digging couldn't find anything that looked like a threat on any local right wing groups public pages does make me think it was something no rational human would find to be a threat but in tranny land it was literally murder.

My tranch fanfic prediction: as they are inviting internet strangers to join troon army, Bonnie or another core member will accidentally shoot one of the internet strangers at night due to their usual incompetence. Said core member will whine that they were in a bad headspace therefore the friendly fire happened and now there's a dead body on the ranch.
Dante must die mode: they shoot the news journalists.

But regardless I hope none of the neighboring hillbillies get involved, they don't deserve it.
Hell, I'll even hope that the troons will drop their guns and get some therapy.

Aren't they doing the opposite of bait though? Like they aren't making it look like nobody's home, they are recreating Ruby Ridge over there.

It is the opposite of bait, however, being really vocal about the fact that you're going to kill someone is kinda of an admission, not a defense. Their posts haven't been about self-defense, they've been in the vein of "killing bigots and fascists." This prods it out of self-defense, and into pre-meditation, and as I've said a couple of times they by their admission have not contacted the police. You literally can't decide to not try and go through legal channels and "handle the conflict" on your own through violence.
