That's an interesting catch. I wonder if our boy has had even the slightest moment of self introspection/realization due to turning 30. Crazy to think it, I know, but this post comes across as a little more sad sack (hidden behind a paper thin veneer of self-depreciating humor) and less like someone who just read ten generic motivational/self help pamphlets about the "power of positive thinking".

If he did have a moment like that it didn't last long because he still is thirsting on Instagram girls who don't know he exists, still blows all his money on songs, novelties and the like to "impress" women, still harping on about how much he loves whores (to the point he chose Vegas to live in because a prostitute is never more than a street corner away).

I'm still convinced he most likely works for the company that owns the Rio. 2/3 of his pictures (Paris & the shrine at Caesars Palace) are part of the same umbrella. Bellagio fountains are spitting distance from Caesars. Did he basically just walk the 4 corners and call it a day? He was where you'd end up if you took a bus east on Flamingo road from his hovel (or walked, Rio to the strip is walkable but not pleasant or as short as it seems, shortcut to Caesars parking to Shrine or straight up Flamingo to 4 corners). Rusty isn't a particularly smart or creative guy. That's not to say he's a complete moron; he can support himself financially. He just cannot figure out why things don't work when he does them. His mind works like this: A person does X and gets Y. Therefore, if Russell does X, Russell gets Y. He does not take the time to figure out why X leads to Y, as he's a narcissist who believes he's always right. Therefore, he takes components of successful songs without learning how those components fit into the song, and he tries the same old tired wooing tactics because he's seen others use them and if it worked for them, it'll work for Rusty.

This was touched upon earlier in the thread where someone remarked that for all of his many faults, he never once begged for money from people. He has at least SOME kind of work ethos. Does this disqualify potential hidden family funding? Of course not! But if anyone can point out any history of begging with him or him bilking family funds then I think we'd love to see it.

No, you're right. But Rusty's mentality is that he is destined to make it big (those celebrities are just keeping his piles of money warm for him, after all), so I suppose the question becomes less "Are Ma and Pa propping him up financially?" and more "Does he intend to pay them back, or is he just a giant financial leech?"
