He got bored of Assigned Male, which was why he started doing Candy Core again. Then the current fiasco started and now that he's under scrutiny he's probably too scared to publish whatever the next adventure of Young Adult Cat and Mentally Stunted Goat is. If the "stimky cat" strip got posted in the last week instead of a while back he'd get all kinds of shit.

Allow me to rehash this point: Labelle is a lazy fuck who only puts in the bare minimum, because for years the bare minimum was all he needed to get adoration from his audience. He rehashes his trash because his trash still gets the adoration he craves. What Labelle is not is creative (diaperfur aside.) Labelle does not want to draw comics; he wants to have drawn comics. He wants the likes, retweets, and adoring fanbase that comes with drawing a comic, but without actually putting in the effort to draw a comic. He's like a slightly less autistic Chris-Chan in that regard, except without the Dimensional Merge bullshit.
