Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

My understanding is that Atlanta is basically Austin II when it comes to expats from places like California.

That's the real issue, as always.
And before you invoke "muh voting fraud", I highly doubt the DNC's political machines are strong in West Virginia, at least not anymore.

Many didn't expect the DNC machine in Georgia to be as strong as it was considering the amount of supposed control the GOP had. Without competent local oversight any DNC machine seems to be enough. Hopefully the GOP in WV care more than the GOP in Georgia.

True, but Georgia also has Atlanta.

West Virginia doesn't have a massive blue city. Morgantown and Huntington are light blue and Charleston is purple, but none of them could field the kind of political machine that Atlanta can.
Here's the thing: Atlanta has a pretty decent film scene which IIRC offrs tax credits. The bigger thing however is that people like to see Atlanta as the "center of black culture" as well as the progressive beacon in a backwoods shithole (sort of like how some view Austin, TX) and that "eclectic center of culture" is what Democrats thrive on: being movers and shajers and being with like minded people. The questions Democrats have for West Virginia is can they turn the state blue with the college towns of Huntington and Morgantown, or is WV too backwoods for them and they'll just lead the place to turn into Fallout 76?

I think it’s more the hatred of Trump has run that deep.

Are you thinking of Swalwell? Alas, I could see an arrogant blob like Nadler saying that.

You also had Pelosi, Waters, and Cameltoe herself cheering on the Fiery but Mostly Peaceful Protesters and encouraging them to get belligerent with Trump staffers. And Twatterati who don't get banned when posting "Elect Rand Paul's Neighbor".
Exactly that's way that quote is hard to tell if it is true or not at first becuase dems have said some mess up shit in the past 4 years.
Scumbags. Also Schumer always looks like a villain in a 1980s action movie. This guy never smiles, how the hell anyone post to belive he's a good guy is beyond me.

I think they're more focused on light red/purple states where they've made more inroads. Texas and Arizona come to mind.

No doubt about that. I'm just saying that there's a strategy to get states into Democrat strongholds, and wondering if Dems have it in them to apply this strategy to the rest of the states they don't have so they get all 50.

How? Because he's fighting Trump and the GOP, and now that the Dems have the Senate, he's in the driver's seat to guide America to the dream utopia Democrats want, all while running over what's left of MAGA and backing over them for good measure. GTA style.

Already floating new restrictions
And national unity isn’t just how politics and politicians vote in Washington or what the loudest voices say on cable or online. Unity is what we do together as fellow Americans. Because if we don’t stay vigilant and the conditions change, then we may have to reinstate restrictions to get back on track. And, please, we don’t want to do again.
Do as we say or we'll shut shit down again.

This political gaslighting gets so tiresome. I assume the new narrative on Asian-Americans being attacked in the streets is it is evil KKK white people randomly attacking them.

Fraud will continue to happen unless State GOP cracks down on it. 2018 was apparently the testing grounds for voter fraud and when it got by under the radar it was used again in 2020,. It's just Trump was winning more than expecting they had to conjure up more votes for Biden to catch-up, like in PA where Trump was up by something like 700k votes at the end of the day and they stopped counting for Biden to get enough to surpass him.

Schumer is genuinely one of the most sinister looking politicians we have. Nadler is a fat gremlin and Pelosi looks like an HD Hagraven from Skyrim, but Schumer looks like he is an aspiring Bond villain or something.

It's insane to me. How Schumer looks like the evil Republican politician character you see in a Hollywood movie. Despite being a Democrat. The irony is Hollywood retards praise him.

Problem is that it's too late for that to happen. There's too many guns already in circulation and a stronger gun culture in the USA.

Japan's gun ban in the 1970's was effective primarily because there were so few guns in civilian hands even before the ban. Same goes for a lot of the restrictions in European countries.

Manchin will probably be the one thing that keeps gun control from going through since he knows he'll both lose his seat and the Dems will lose their majority if he does vote for it.

Pretty much this. Manchin is to the Democrats what Roberts and Romney are to the Republicans and with Manchin, he's going to be a lot more likely to vote red both to keep his own seat and to keep the razor-thin majority the Democrats have in the Senate.

If just one Democrat senator loses in the midterms, the GOP gains majority control of the House in 2022.

And before you invoke "muh voting fraud", I highly doubt the DNC's political machines are strong in West Virginia, at least not anymore.
Manchin Sinema and tester will vote against gun control most likely
