Yeah he presented his gambling as "microtransactions" and assigned that to his 5k a month in "business expenses".

A few notes on this.

#1 I can't recall any dsp microtransactions ever. I'm sure someone here can find some.

#2 If he has 5k a month in business expenses what are they ? They even asked in the bankruptcy hearing and he didn't answer them. He rambled like a dumbassand they just moved on.

#3 you can file bankruptcy even if your debts came from gambling. He didn't present every purchase he ever made. He just presented his accounts and showed that his debts outweighed his ability to pay them all with his income and still live above the poverty level.

He did not present his gambling as gambling, however, he presented it as business related micro transactions which no one has seen.

Even his excuse of "they wouldn't have granted it to me if it had been gambling doesn't hold up" because he lied about it in the first place/misrepresented it and they wouldn't have cared how he racked up the debt because they see he has no assets aside from his house to show.

I hate Phil's illogical brain where he really thinks he got us with an end all be all that he couldn't be more wrong about.

I have a hard time believing he tips anything if he couldn't even pay his best friends for their work.

We're talking about a guy that paid more for a coffee maker than he did for an engagement ring.

Can you imagine if his water stopped at his table every 30 seconds to remind Phil that he needs those tips to pay muh bills ? The waiter is like "tomorrow is muh day off and I need supplies so please if you can I need that money"

Edit: or if stops in the middle of Phil's refill to verify that his money isn't counterfeit citing it may be unverified bills.

Phil keeps getting baited into bragging about how much money he tips at restaurants, he says he always tips 20% but usually even more than that. Barely 3 days ago he was crying non-stop about how he "couldn't afford to buy what he wanted to tomorrow" if you don't give him $1. Now we're bragging about usually tipping 25 to 30% at restaurants, and how he never tips below 15% even for shitty service.

He then got baited into explaining what "good service" is to him. He said if the server brings him extra napkins he considers that good as he always needs extra napkins "because I'm a messy fucking eater-whatever it is I always make a mess".

I don't know about you guys but good service to me is knowing when I need another beer. Being on the spot with a request for something extra or knowing when I'd like a bit of small talk or when I'd like them to fuck right off.

Phil did make some videos that were his responses to TIHYDPs, his Best/Worst Montages, where Phil edits his own footage for the "best and worst" moments according to him for several games. He stopped doing them, as Alan Wake didn't get enough views on part 1 and quit them.

These early Patreon "rewards" if i'm not mistaken. He wanted people to go through the playthrough and give him exact time stamps for each video so he could clip and paste. When nobody did he said fuck it and dropped the whole thing.

Finding an instance where he pays for a microtransaction on stream is EXTREMELY rare. He's extremely hesitant to buy anything on stream like post 2016 because he doesn't want to leak private info, he'd get flamed by the trolls if he did it, and he wants to keep the money to pay for WWE Champions. You can donate money, tell him to buy x, and he just won't do it.

Now in the 5k a month, I think he was adding in his mortgage or something? I'm no law man expert but yea, DSP spending 5k a month on business expenditures doesn't make sense with $60 game prices and no upgrades to his stream.

I love that DSP's logic is that because he had his bankruptcy granted, it is not possible for him to have committed fraud. If that were the case, then logically nobody would ever be able to commit fraud because bankruptcy granted = 100% ahnest

Anyone who did break away from Phil would be welcomed, but if they have spent years on "the other side" agreeing we're all mentally ill no life detractors, it's not going to be an instant rolling out of the red carpet. That he plays Champions is beyond any sort of reasonable doubt now, he'll go to the grave denying it, his only defence is "it's not me" and it's fair to assume his inner circle all know. It's more about why people continue to support him despite this open secret.

My main question would be - given we know Phil earns about $120k a year and spends most of it on a mobile game, didn't you ever feel uncomfortable with his endless begging and telling people with disabilities (not an insult, just a fact) he needs their money otherwise he can't afford to eat?
