Homie, we are accepting. Far more than you'll get at, for example, Twitter or a chat moderated by Phil. Some people are just absolutely fed up watching someone that is, by all accounts, a complete loser skate by frittering away money and opportunities that the average troglodyte could turn into a relatively comfortable future, and doing so by manipulating people who range from simply stupid to legitimately handicapped. So they get anxious when the scent of blood seeps out. It's understandable but misplaced.
Personally, I've always felt that nothing will "prove" Phil spends every cent on faggot mobile cards, because even if he says he does, some of his true believers will think he finally took pity on NotDSP and lied so that TheyCallMeDSPWhoIsNotActuallyThePersonThatUsesThatNameForFuckingNearEverything can return to gay Bejeweled in peace.
There is no absolute proof that Phil's money belongs to Scopely. No matter what argument anyone makes, Phil is just going to point to his bankruptcy as a win, because people think that it was Nancy's job to determine how he pissed away his money, and he relies on that misconception. Her job was to determine if he had assets that could be used to pay his debts (and after over a decade of getting six figures a year, he has literally nothing to show for it); it was the creditors' job to determine what he was spending the money on, and if it was legitimate. We had one retard pretend to be from Citibank who let the freaking trustee defend Phil because he was too stupid to tell her that, yes, Phil's nonsense expense numbers were unequivocally related to whether he was capable of repaying his obligations. The actual banks didn't care because they could write off the loss and let the average taxpayer foot Phil's bill. If they don't care and the person has no assets, Nancy doesn't care. Despite what he wants to proclaim, his bankruptcy does not prove he didn't spend thousands on Hulkamania. It only proves that the system is broken, his flat-rate lawyer had the basic bitch representation to not screw up the paperwork, and that he failed as an entrepreneur.

We can easily add up his business expenses because we know what his internet and can add up cost of all games he’s bought each month. After totaling those purchases, there’s still a huge amount of his stated $5,000/month expenses missing.
