I think take 10 in 5e is that the die roll counts as a 10. *Edit* @Zippocat's Revenge it was a house rule in the 5e campaign I played in. I’m currently DMing and also playing in a pathfinder 1e campaign, so I’m more familiar with Pathfinder than 5e.

That's going to become a much bigger problem coming up here in the future since servers won't last forever. Also, how many games will simply be unplayable thanks to all the patches being connected to servers? I don't remember the last time I got a game day one with the disc that was playable out of the box.
So many times this. I won't do another playthrough of Final Fantasy 15 ever since they fucked up the Comrades achievements and it requires you to offline downgrade your game and be forced to do some fuckery that requires your PC to act as a faux server so the game will load you into an offline version of the Comrades game of a very specific patch number so you can get all the grinding done and get the proper achievements, then you need to do it all again to progress in the game itself and redo the whole server set up to get the remaining achievements, and then finally once you're done you then log into the current comrades game so you get everything to transfer over to live.
They did that in Satisfactory this past Christmas with the FICSMAS event -- they added an entire research tree, had literal Christmas presents falling from the sky on parachutes, Christmas trees that produced presents and spit them out onto conveyors, and a complete set of new items, recipes and buildings to play with, culminating in being able to build a big-ass Christmas tree (5+ stories tall) and place decorations like snowmen, snow blowers, candy canes and even useful constructions like power cables with working Christmas lights. They even included an advent calendar and allowed the event to run through the third week of January for people who missed the event in December. It was far more fun than it had any right to be. Christmas trees, candy canes and snowballs as far as the eye could see.
BBS is a high point for the series in a lot of ways but it's like devs have to always throw in that one thing that utterly mars the entire experience
Disney town and knowing if your fighting a secret boss as Terra is a disaster. I love Terra, but god the only time i've seen him win against the mysterious figure, I wonder how many controllers that dude went through.
I grew up with Birth By Sleep, and I always dreaded going to Disney Town as Ven, solely because of that fucking minigame, and I usually love rhythm games. I can handle the other minigames, to the point that Fruit Ball is my favorite of the three, but Ice Cream Beat infuriates me to no end. In a way, it's almost a relief to see other people despise playing it.
For me Terra's ridge racing is my fave, but it pisses me off I have to google Ven's ending if you beat ice cream beat since I can't do it to save my life. Which in the long run kinda sours the whole thing since you HAVE to beat all the games in town I think if you want to see the dream festival ending (whoever goes last to the thing). I think I might be wrong, but at this point those damn ducks need to be put on a spit and roasted.
Christ, I just looked it up on YouTube and it's so cluttered and full of moving stuff that it's really hard to follow, that it immediately carries on after you do your bit instead of a small 2-3 second break so you can refocus just makes it look frantic.
