Keep in mind that since she's a corporate turn independent vtuber, her social media account used to belong to the company, they held it hostage over her due to payment dispute in fact, which led to a long hiatus in the past. She only announced that she now has full control of the character on twitter a few months back.
Is this a sabotage from her former company, a meltdown trigger because she saw some unsavory comments or an effort to boost her channel? Whatever the case, the fans reaction on twitter seem to mostly be a mix of amuse and puzzlement, so this might even be an inside joke that someone who doesn't watch her will not get.

"We only live once, so let's make more jokes! Maybe I'll even say what I want to say!"

So it is supposed to be a joke. Although it's not like her character to joke like that. No idea what to make of it.
I dunno her numbers before that whole half year transition from corpo to indie but she hangs about 100-200 listeners for the longest time.

It's been there for a month or two. At the beginning it was just her regular eng rules machine translated. It's now ok.

It began as Coco's way to portray redditors/kaigai niki/her viewers in general, kinda like listener-san from korone's streams.

The origin is mixed up with the legendary Coco tweet :^), that gave birth to a thousand rrats, because it was in the middle of TaiwanGate, and the timing of the tweet seemed to be in response to Artia who was ranting about being axed from Hololive. It turned out the tweet was a reference to her updated avatar which finally had a nose. OR WAS IT?

However, in FBK's case, 5 days ago she posted this to r/Hololive, cementing the face as a redditor avatar.

reddit? got redesigned a while back, the old one was at least serviceable, the new one is just shit. which is usually a sign decline, you don't overhaul everything if things are going great.

nip websites might be aesthetically ugly but at least I don't need to buy each website it's own pc, their shit probably runs on fax machines.

The diagnostic process is also one of eliminating differential diagnoses, not just making a guess and going for it. The hearing damage comes from nerve damage after every attack, which is why it is permanent.
