The funny thing about Genshin's Gacha is that even if you sink obscene amounts of money into the gacha so you have a full team of 5-star characters with full constellations (the game's way of handling dupes by supercharging the existing characters up to six times), complete with five star weapons refined to level 5...

...they ain't gonna do shit against anything if you don't understand the actual combat mechanics, namely elemental combination reactions and the critical nature of which stats get buffed. And you can't Gacha your way to power, either - you have to farm the materials, farm materials to make materials to level up weapons and characters, and artifacts are pure RNG that you have to be good at the game to even roll RNG on.

Spoiler: For Example...

the Primordial Jade Spear, literally a godslaying weapon in the lore, isn't the best fit for certain spear characters despite being a 5* weapon that builds its own damage buff and gets MORE damage buff if it hits the max damage buff stack limit. Instead, Crescent Pike which is a far easier to obtain 4* weapon has an inherent physical damage bonus that exceeds the Jade Spear in almost all practical cases and can do higher net damage. Everything I just said will probably be utter swaheli to Phil who will not be able to understand how a 5* weapon is weaker than a 4* weapon in any circumstance.

I've been playing since October, the world level kicked my arse when I got to level 4, I'm a f2p player and my rolls at the time were shit. I had decent resources though ironically.

I'm just waiting, hope he gets to world level 3 he should openly start struggling by then due to not understanding anything or grinding for shit. He thinks he can just play it once a week or less and be fine lol. He won't grind premos or even use up his resin, such waste.

I think I have Cresent Pike for Xiangling luckily, tbh my weapon RNG rolls are shit, my character rolls are okay but I mainly just make the ingame weapon stuff via the blacksmith, I hope Phil never learns about that.

So if he is flatly saying that he doesn't have $240 monthly to spend on a baseline expense for a game streamer, but is spending $5k monthly to maintain the business...

And for TIHYDP Metal Gear Solid fans, there is a required stealth segment halfway through the first chapter!

I'm just imagining him getting angry that he can't damage the Abyss Mage's all the while killing him with elemental spells. I do think he was using Klee last time so provided he has some brain cells to create a spark he might be okay with the Shield Mitachurls unless he switches her out.

OMG the fucking stealth bit, I hope he gets to that part. Kinda wish he had played on the recent Lantern Rite event Theatre Machanicus lol. I'd love to see his "huh" with not being able to damage or stop the enemies.

It's one thing for Phil to have access to this information, but the fact that Phil picked KGhaleon, a person who is pretty unstable and with whom Phil has had fallouts in the past, to have access to this information just because he needed someone to crack down on any talk of WWE Champions, really highlights just how much of a tin pot dictator he has become. He has no concern for any of his fans' welfare, just his own. He'll guard his IP address furiously, but he'll give his fans' out to a degenerate sycophant because he was the easiest and most convenient pitbull he could find to manage the forums.

Because only 10 people frequent that forum with half of them being people who openly question Phil's bullshit. Even the moderators that were originally there stopped showing up.

I remember KGHaleon specifically because he was (and to me still) one of the most autistic fans Phil ever had. Spy on fans. Dox people who questioned Phil. Make accounts specifically to bring down troll Twitter and Youtube accounts. Even though this was years ago, him and Phil are around the same age so he was doing all this in his 30's.

Its required by every website in order to function. Use a VPN if you don't want your IP to show up in the access.log

I'm still unclear why he calls players shoving one another 'griefing' when it is clearly an intended mechanic. Admittedly, I don't play the game, but someone shooting you when you're capping a domination point in CoD is not 'griefing', nor is using a shell in Mario Kart.

I agree that in a year, you'd think something trying to entertain an audience would make some updates. On an unrelated note, what was the last thing Phil upgraded for the stream?

Phil is also currently talking about weight gain. If he started gaining weight, he'd have to force himself to eat less to lose weight. He can't afford to gain weight because his back would be in pain. In a new twist of lore, Phil claimed that the last time his back hurt, he was drinking a lot to numb the pain. When asked to elaborate on this, Phil says it was YT that saved him from this downward spiral of alcohol and back pain.

He got a chair. Now he can face the smaller tv.
