You're right about self defense for women but I don't think the men being accountable for all other men thing is reasonable except in certain circumstances like a man drunkenly attacking a woman in the street or something where you're reasonably sure you can scare them off without getting stabbed or whatever yourself (I'm not sure how this kind of thing works in America where people carry guns).

Nah, I think the whole phenomenon of "troons preying on women" started in the first place due to internet grooming via pornography that exposed these men to depictions of women's repeated humiliation, torture and degradation as "sexy". They've become obsessed with their pornography to the point of wanting to identify as the same group of which they predate upon in their internet-lives. It's not like "women telling men not to be chivalrous created an opportunity for troons"... it's more like brain damaged men wanting to validate internet-inspired misogynistic violent fetishes.

Plenty of third world countries with "conservative anti-feminist values" have major issues with men predating on women in public toilets and public busses. Internet porn has made this much much worse.

Even among those men who were chivalrous up until recent times have lately become groomed via internet porn into thinking sexual violence against women is their birthright. I know a couple of men who turned into disgusting ogres as they developed a taste for 24/7 internet porn. It's like night and day-- so obvious they only see women as fuck meat.

It's fairly obvious why Billy is retconning a non binary identity; it's a way to hold onto his SOGAAAAY status. As a "woman" "married" to a "man" his gay status is in jeopardy. Simple fix; say you are non binary and reclaim that queerness. I mean we all know he's gay af but in clown world different labels need to be applied. I feel like I remember him briefly identifying as straight at one point tho?
