Maybe Penny doesn't want to get sued for defamation because he knows it's a crock of shit. Gramlich was the only thing close enough to evidence that the troons could point to as evidence people don't like them. My guess is zero. Since we are talking about trying to support a real operation here with 200+ lives I could easily spend 3/4 that just getting the power and water situation stable. 50K for dual sun tracking solar setup. 10K in batteries. Another 10K for a decent generator. Maybe a grand getting a spare well pump to keep on hand. Maybe get a cistern (holding tank) so they don't have to fire up a generator everytime they need water. Maintenance equipment and consumables. All boring shit I know they wont buy.
