There's a huge difference between clots and cancer. She has regular respiratory appointments and scans to deal with her lungs...that's why her "newly diagnosed untreated asthma" is a huge fucking lie, plus she's had puffers for years. She'd also be regularly checked due to her sleep aponea. If she had cancer, they'd know it.

I wonder if she vaped weed or ate a THC gummy before her binge to counteract the Ozempic.

Now the THC vaping could indeed kill her. About 12 months ago I looked into what seemed to be increasing reports of people dying from vaping, including many quite young adults. Turned out every death was associated with vaping THC. Mostly these people already had some issues with compromised breathing. While initially the connection to THC wasn't clear, as the patients lied about it prior to their death, autopsy told the real story.

You've been following her for maybe a year, you like eating with her for whatever reason, you think she's quirky and funny. You see, however, that her health is declining. Not only does she post about it but she physically has been looking unwell lately. Her most recent health updates and injections seem serious, so you comment wishing her well and that you still support her. You get a like or a heart from her, all is well. Then, two days in a row, you see massively unhealthy mukbangs. Concerned, you comment that you love her but you're worried because she specifically shared her health issues with you and you want her to do well. She proceeds to upload a completely new video screaming about you, saying that her fans are turning on her and giving her crap and they were never real fans at all and she doesn't need them anyways. How the fuck would you feel? Being told that you were never a real fan and that you're essentially nothing to her?
She's alienating her very few supporters by acting like a petulant child and expecting everyone who supports her to just put up with every single thing she does. I would be pissed if someone I was concerned about would essentially tell me to fuck off for sharing my worries with them. She really acts out of pure spite and impulse and never thinks shit through but expects her "loyal subscribers" to just shut up and take it. I'm surprised after cycles and cycles of this she has anyone left at all.

Subconsciously, she just wants 86.7k androgynous versions of "Peetz". Bonus points if at least 25% of the new models are less repulsive than the original model.
