I've contacted Pwdubz through Twitch (we've talked before and are on each other's friend list) and am waiting for his response. He may not wish to take it that far but I believe a letter sent to Twitch's legal compliance team with evidence that one of their partnered streamers is exposing private user information to others (unsolicited) and even asking for such information in the first place would seriously make them consider if they want someone like him on their platform.

I'll post screenshots if he answers back. I can also get in touch with @actually if he'd like me to provide "behind the scenes" proof of who I am and also give him information in regards to which law firm I would be using.

Not necessary, mostly because it pushes way too close to the ops planning rule. You're free to do as you see fit on your own, of course.

Right, and I want to clarify this isn’t my intent. I believe that the Twitch reporting feature is complete garbage and is most likely not reviewed by people unless the AI system they utilize to triage the thousands of daily messages flags the post to be significant enough to be passed onto a set of human eyes.

My offer to Pwdubz is that if he really wants to get Twitch’s attention, I’d like to help him on that end and directly send a letter to Twitch’s legal team. It’s on him but I’m willing to lend a hand. And if he declines, I’ll just stand back and hope that his situation gets resolved.

These type of people who flip like snakes from inveterate racists to hardcore sjws at the turning of wind I think are generally a lot more dangerous than most outright racists who honestly and openly stick to their ideals, at least you know where they stand. Of course Phil is a special case where he is so dumb its obvious to everyone so he is still just a joke.

Yeah, it's one thing to not stop lolcows from hurting themselves, but Phil has been revealed in the last week to genuinely enjoy psychologically abusing and entrapping vulnerable people. I always suspected that this was the case, but it is now proven absolutely and that crosses a line for me too.

I don't really care whether or not this finally brings down Phil's pigroach luck, but he fucking deserves it and it is long overdue. He is a disgusting, abusive, manipulative, unrepentant little fuckstick and if using his own abhorrent behavior against him counts as pozloading my neghole then I say shove your whole arm in there. Fry the pig. He's been boring as shit outside of the occasional crisis anyway, and watching him have to drag his imploding cabal to smaller and smaller platforms before eventually being forced to re-enter society and get eaten alive sounds way more fun than watching him wear his autism costume and lie about his finances for another 20 years. Fuck him.

Worst case, he survives yet another massive fuckup and we get a week or two of gold dust while he flails around and gaslights. This is the best his thread has been since the escort saga.

Of course my opinion means fuck all but I wouldn’t consider this “pozloading my neghole” in this case. People crashing that bankruptcy call and spamming individuals who oversaw his bankruptcy are fine examples of pozloading my neghole. While I highly doubt these people who left emails, calls, etc trying to prove Phil’s lying affected the end result, it certainly didn’t do any positive work. Twitches reporting system is fucked and I find that Phil’s handling of Pwdubz completely repugnant. Of course Pwdubz needs to have the desire to pursue this and come to this conclusion on his own free will (which I believe you would let him make his own decisions) so I don’t see any harm on you offering advice and help. Best case Phil really eats a shit cake thrown at him at a speed of 300 MPH, worst case Phil sees the shit cake coming at a slow speed and won’t move out the way.

I don't see how he can actually try and lie about it when shortly after the leak during his speech, he ADMITTED to posting the driver's license. That alone should get him in trouble. You can see the clip that mrhuthstuff recorded on the OP in the other thread now.

Even though these leaks won't end Phil, we get more confirmation on how big of a piece of shit he really is. When his streaming days are over he will be remembered as the slimy pigroach he is forever, and that's a legacy I can get behind.
