I don't think Phil was being malicious with doxing pwdubz in the mod discord. He did that thinking it was harmless. He's really that dumb.
However, his treatment of pwdubz over the years has been cruel. He's toying with mentally vulnerable people by banning and unbanning them. Participating in Phil's chat is really important to pwdubz. So important in fact that he fucking sent Phil a photo of his driver's licence to prove something. It's obvious that Phil doesn't respect pwdubz. Even Phil, one of the least self-aware people on the internet, is aware of this fact. And yet he chose not to just ban him outright early enough so that we don't reach this dumpster-fire of a situation. Phil is literally at the root of this "drama" and he deserves whatever happens to him now.

Phil, this tactic might work on people who have their wits, but you have to keep in mind that your actual fans are mentally handicapped.

He also always somehow convinces himself that his actions are justified. His unconscious tactics work because he's dealing with wheelchairs. Let the autistic/ dumb/ MATI ratings come in but I've messaged Pwdubz (behind the scenes) and informed him I would be willing to bring in my attorneys to help him escalate this case to Twitch if he wishes to. I confirmed I would foot all legal bills.

It's one thing to sit back and laugh at Phil and all the fucked up shady things that he does. But now that we have evidence that he acts maliciously with people's private information and could potentially use them for blackmail, that's crossing a line for me.

I don't care if this falls within pozloading my neghole, but given that my dumbass once tipped DSP years ago to "troll" him (and I still hate myself for it after all these years), it doesn't sit well with me that he has access to my private information either.

Sure, Phil does manipulate his wheelchairs to "fall in line" but he fails at it. Do the wheelchairs that come back after a ban behave or do they keep finding themselves in trouble? Phil's conscious manipulation has unintended consequences which he's not aware of. He manipulates them both consciously and unconsciously.

He knew what he was doing. Phil is the type of guy that needs to have control over his fans. It’s not just an apology fetish it’s a control.
