I would say that the entire country in general is red except for the cities.
I mean, everyone knows New York State is solidly blue, but that's because literally half the population in the state is in one of the NYC boroughs. This is the 2020 election map. Every county without a major or minor city is red. I guess a little more blue in the northeastern part, but that's usually more wealthy too.
