If you wanna see it done right I'd suggest Billiam. He has that proper soy look that adds charm to his talk about products and shows for little kids. Still has pronouns in his bio and is subbed to Contra and Philosophytroon, but you'd have to go out of your way to find his politics. At least last I checked. While on the other hand his passion for Y2K era shit comes in spades and is abundant in everything he does. Been awhile since I watched him though, so apologies if this has changed.

He had an entire episode dedicated to talking about how important and serious the BLM riots were and how evil and horrible and evilly horrible da police were, and how he was auctioning off an extremely rare and coveted collector's item with all the proceeds going straight to domestic terrorist bail funds. (Conveniently it's gone from his main channel, I think it was brigaded very, very hard and a lot of people called him out.)

Dude is trash, unsub. (Actually I have a strange feeling I'm wrong and mean somebody else, but I can't remember who. It was definitely an anime/cartoon reviewer with productions very, very similar to Billiam. I'm very confused now.)

Rest assure it definitely isn't billiam. Haven't been watching his videos for a good while but the only time that I saw him go "woke" was criticizing a joke from star thumbs of all places that scrutinized "trans folk." So far from him he's been able to not spill his spaghetti everywhere and the only personal stuff he ever made public was being a cancer survivor and you know what, I'm happy for him and he's definitely the least annoying y2k/nostalgic youtuber.

I know blameitonjorge supported the riots and made a community post on his channel about "no lives will matter untill black lives matter"
And similarly to mr sunday movies turned me off completely from them and their extreme dumb takes when they obviously never cared before.

Maybe I'm ignorant, but nearly a decade ago, when I was but a wee lad, I bought a mediocre Acer laptop for about $700, give or take a bit, and it was able to run Adobe Premiere CS6 just fine. So how is it that Q's $1100 machine seemingly can't handle current video software? Is it that he's too technologically illiterate to figure it out, or can the machine really not run it?

I think a Ryzen 9 and RTX 2060 is perfectly capable of Adobe Premiere, he's just fucking retarded.

It's a shame most of these nostalgia youtubers are obnoxious, though. Delving deep into the history of obscure media is always interesting in my book.

What use is there for laptops nowadays*(when we have high power phones and tablets) especially for someone like quinton who has no on-location needs for it, just rendering videos in his home? It’s such a waste, and undoubtedly it cost more money than getting the same power components and building a pc.
*in reality I can think of a few uses. Like live streaming on location or using a laptop for working at your job and at home, when even more computing power, physical keyboard, or things like that is truly more useful. But those don’t apply to quinton.
