Likely yeah. Virginia is a one-party consent state and I don't think it's ever been challenged in court what happens if the person recording is in a one party state but the other person is in a two party state.

Bitwave seemed a bit more stable. I may have found a sweet spot with my settings. Hopefully it continues to play nice.
- Ralph is late, but that's a good thing, just less Killstream to sit through!
- Even ralph's chat calls out the flamewar on twitter as to being the reason he's late starting.

Ralph refers to himself as a slave of Dlive he thought he was the plantation owner. Then talks about how he held back Jim banning drama, which would have been bad for Dlive at the time.

However, while going through some of their code I happened to find that they have an integrated wallet application called "Torba", presumably named after Josh's favorite social network magnate Andrew Torba, who got his start in cryptocurrency.
