The city is known for being one of the gayest cities in the South. It's known for its culture and for being a regional epicenter of tolerance. The county went 55% for Biden. Unlike a lot of the South, there's religious diversity there.

Rhys is not a happy person, and it is all his own doing.

Society still refuses to do anything about the troon menace, but this one at least is punishing himself enough for my own liking.
