Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

Well that is because we have the Tim Pools of the world and the parts of the right wing going "OMG look at Biden he old and China is talking shit" and Putin is bought up again and again by the dumber parts of the right wing to make claims around how Putin is a better leader because he is STRONG!!!

That is why you have the weird right-wingers who are making claims around how Trump was the manliest, strongest and so on president ever.

That's not at all what I was talking about, I was talking about the obsession with Russia posing some existential threat to the USA and Trump being a Putin puppet.

Like, are these people all trolls or are they retarded or a psyop or what?

All political groups tend to have a designated "They are the enemy" for the right wing it is China.
Is China a threat, yes...kind of, but no not really.

Same with the Dems and Russia. That is why you have very different tones coming out about China and Russia from the two different sides.

The simple truth is because the US is now all about the team sport known as Politics. The discussion is only getting worse. Russia is a problem, but they a bit more sneaky and smart about what they do. How every they are a threat to US interests. Same with China they are a threat to the US in many ways, but they are far from sneaky about it.

Every one wants a easy enemy to fight. Russia and China is no threat to the US, same as Trump trying to create bad blood with the EU before going after China.

Well obviously, they still need to be put in their place.

The thing I ultimately fear is that they have their hands in our politician's pockets, which includes Biden. That much alone, in my opinion, is the key to forcing the U.S. to bow to a foreign power, enticing the bulwark into simply giving it away with capital.

Trump being bought by Russian money and they have there hand in political parties all over. Or so the the claim goes and it is the same as the Biden China one.

They are NPCs. It's weird and unsettling I can have a conversation with someone who is reasonably intelligent. I can lay out an incredibly simple 1...2...3... factual argument with ample evidence. They will either grow angry, make excuses to get out of the conversation or go searching for "counterarguments".

The enemy of the very wealthy is not the very poor, but the Middle Class that nips at their heels, has the education and time to gather support against them. Woke IdPol is a weapon against the Middle Class as much as it is a way of keeping poorer people from organizing or employees from forming unions.

They receive their talking points from on high and Russia is geopolitically inconvenient for the USA. They want to sell their oil to Europe whilst the USA has a big surplus due to shale oil, which is why the USA has been doing everything it can to prevent the Nordstream 2 gas pipeline. When it's in full use, I wouldn't be surprised if the USA tries direct sabotage. Don't know who they'll blame, though. They also need an outside force to be an enemy. They have Iran but people don't believe Iran as a credible threat. Other actual enemies of the USA are politically inconvenient because they're "allies" - like Saudi Arabia. China is a good one but the US has currently outsourced its entire manufacturing capability to the country so it's hard for them to sell them as the adversary in the same way. So Russia. Russia is their rival in the region - Crimea joined Russia for example, rather than the Western backed Ukraine. So it's important to keep the fires or war smouldering, at least.

'Respect' to these people has always meant 'the European ''''cool'''' kids don't make fun of us or complain about us as hard'. With that in mind it's not hard to see why they think Obama was actually a high point of American foreign policy and why his geriatric VP might manage to recapture a fraction of that ""respect"".

They hate the people that they could be but weren’t successful or hard-working enough to actually be. They tell themselves they never could be Bill Gates rich anyway, so why be mad, but they know they probably could have been middle class, and not achieving that (and being unable to accept their own faults) they‘d rather flip the table and ruin the game for eveyone.

The rich hate the middle class because the middle class is a threat to their power. The rich use the communist rhetoric to get the lower classes to hate and demand the tearing down of the middle class for the reasons that you mention.

The Oathkeepers are a honeypot, they've been shunned from a few gatherings/protests for saying some truly exceptional shit, like a one protest you had a few of them running around saying that the feds were going to start drone striking everyone and were trying to agitate the protesters to strike first. It makes sense that the government doesn't want their grunts getting caught in a trap they setup themselves.
