anony and i sort of came to this idea last night in LSB’s discord; what if at around 3 am DSP starts feeling all alone and his inner thoughts and demons start to haunt him. so he tries to break from the loneliness and starts tweeting and texting more than he usually does. according to anony, around 3 am is when DSP would be pretty active on the discord. also according to rambo, he would get texts from phil at weird times at night (presumably around 3 am) i feel like him trying to get away from his loneliness is a good explanation for his 3 am “gin tweets” but the gin is also a good one, and just way funnier
Would not be such a crazy idea. A lot of people have that time where things settle and their thoughts are all over the place. It’s easy to distract yourself with work, school, hobbies but eventually you’ll hit downtime. Reading through the discord, you can see why he brought up such mundane and retarded shit like bringing attention to his mods about someone emailing him asking for a unban. Besides being a narcissistic tard, he’s also a lonely narcissistic tard. But no sympathy, he built his own prison in both the physical world and his thoughts with his toxic behavior and autistic schedule.

Big ups to @Surly Muppet and @Proper Pangolin, who are now mods of this forum along with me. They'll help with the wrangling, and I look forward to our group chats being leaked in the future. Nothing I could do.

:stress:
Let's make it quick and easy, what online card game are you throwing money at?

Here's what I got, at least for now

* Sounds like either "Can't Believe You Thought This Was a Song" or his shitty "No Ending" song

* YouTube: DSP Tries it -Singing https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vI52PujR_Qo
That's not it, but thank you for helping. It sucks that track and Dudedaman321's music are gone(I managed to only get three of them before they disappeared). These are the tracks from Dudedaman321 if anyone wants them(the remove criticism one was cut down to a loop by me since the original was a 30 minute long loop).

A few prestream notes:

Phil is trying to bait the next sub goal as being a DSP tries it from 'the new Mexican place' nearby. As others have pointed out, he and Kat ate out yesterday despite not being his day off. I think it's reasonable to estimate he eats out every other day. However, he first of all will still not say the name of this place despite promoting it for DSP Tries It. He's scared people will look it up, I guess? How is he going to do a DSP Tries It if he won't say the name, and if he is going to say it then, why not say it now? Further, he said people would not have heard of it. He has previously shot down a million suggestions for DSP Tries It on the grounds that it needed to be 'something that his audience would be able to get for themselves' (ie. big chain restaurants). So why does this one qualify? Because Phil likes it? He also described their food as 'Fresh', which, sure enough, is one of the buzz words used in their marketing.

Tip Notifications - Phil is 'heavily debating' turning these back on, but leaving messages turned off so that people can continue to use their code words. There's no reason not to do this, and they should have been turned on months ago. He will likely save this and try to promote it on his 'Birthday Week' as 'the return' of a classic feature to bait more tips. The only negative would be troll names tipping him, which was always an issue, but that would just fire up his whales to help him and validate the fake tips narrative. But Mr. Transparent is only internally debating this.

Phil is again rattling on about Sony's purchase of EVO. He says that the tournaments were always 'rigged anyway'. He doesn't seem to understands that this undermines his 4th place finish. People complained that he cut the news segment but is still talking. He yelled at them and told them this is what we're here for. He dragged out the shoutouts by yawning and faking a nap... the 'New Prestreams' seem to now involve more bad stall tactics and fewer uninformed hot takes. I'm not sure this is actually an improvement.

EDIT: We're idiots for assuming he is hiding or delaying tips to bait more tips.
So that other night when he announced he had a shoutout for a 'generous tip', but had to wait until the end of a CoD match that hadn't even started when he said that, and then basically waited 10 minutes before he would even say that the amount was $100... that was all in our heads.
The lie would have worked better if you hadn't just pulled that stunt, Phil.

What ever happened to Minecraft and tbat paypig who was tipping Phil instructions on how to do things while Phil talked shit about him.
Apparently it was “too hard” for Phil to follow Papavera’s instructions, so he stopped playing Minecraft regularly. Papavera still shows up to cheer when Phil plays Minecraft for a marathon.

Imagine a guy is begging for money EVERY DAY to be able to pay bills, food, pet food... and then he goes out and eats in a restaurant multiple times a week.

His paypigs are fukin retarded, srsly.

Patrick Stewart was chasing clout, trying to be cool by publishing a video of him writing a cheque to ALS instead of dumping ice on himself.

Mother Theresa was a clout chasing whore who couldn't stop publicizing her charitable work. The bitch wouldn't shut up about what she was doing.

This is what I got out of this prestream rant

ETA complaining the costs that charities incur to run the charity. Where did all my money go? What do you mean you ran out of money paying your employees. Hmmm, once again, Phil should listen to his rants. What happened to all the money given to him?

Phil is now walking back his charity speak. He now acknowledges that there are people with reach and popularity who try to use that to direct attention to a cause or charity.
Not all of them are chasing clout. He describes this as 'getting a rub'. I've never heard this expression used like this.

But Phil feels charity should be done behind closed doors, it's his personal belief. That's why we don't hear about him doing charity work ($0 on the bankruptcy docs btw). Phil credits this to his very very Roman Catholic upbringing. Rich people can do charity streams and they don't need positive spin. People who dedicate their whole lives to charity do, like Mother Thereasa charity. If Phil ever did it, he would make sure it wasn't about him. But he does it in secret, trust him.

He acknowledges that the other perspective is that people sometimes don't do it for clout. But then he proceeds to give examples of people chasing clout because he can't actually acknowledge this position. Instead he started shitting on WWE. And now is on the ice bucket challenge as a result of both clout chasing and benefit. Nobody needed to dump the ice, people could have just said it was good and it would have worked just as well. A lot of the money raised was good, but a lot of it went to bad places that never did anything with it (?), but there was a major breakthrough as a result. This silly viral movement that was chasing clout did something good. That's life, Phil guesses. Yes, this undermines literally everything in this rant.

Phil is also angry that charities pay salaries. He cites the BLM charity not knowing how to handle the money they got, refusing to disclose where the money went to, and then saying they didn't know what to do with that much money. Phil says they should have given it back.
"Where'd all our money go?" "Oh, sorry, we couldn't help anyone because we had to pay our employees this month."
But this is coming from the guy who begs for money and then refuses to say where that money goes.

A lot of rambling to try to justify his hypocrisy. And to stall so that gameplay doesn't have to start early.

Alibertos, he lives almost next door to one of their places, a 3 min drive.

It could also be 5 Hermanos Family Restaurant. Which coincidentally is within eyeshot of the Fred Meyer's Khet works at, so also around the corner from Fort Gout.

"Our restaurant makes sure to keep up with the authentic dishes it prides itself in as well being able to provide the customer with only the freshest ingredients."

What are the chances it's run by some guy who is actually Polish and knows nothing about cooking?

Yet another retarded opinion that Phil blames on his childhood, i.e. "rainy day fund" and his lack of a filter
We all know the only reason he took this stance was to slander Tevin and discredit his crowdfunded charity. Now he can't say anything about the criminal, so he's slowly but surely backpaddling the only way he knows how..."not my fault!"

the ice bucket thing was just like..a stupid fucking fun thing people were doing, haha pour ice cold water on myself it's funny, who the fuck was doing it for clout? phil's just unbelievably stupid and everything he says is unbelievably stupid, nothing he ever says makes sense and his takes are all complete dogshit

If he's given anything at all, then it's loose change to whatever bins some stores have for charity

Oh boy, this one might cause a stir on stream if it gets back to him from a good little paypiggy (or when he comes to read this thread tonight with a bottle of gin).

Congratulations on the modship, excellent choice!

"Getting the rub" is a wrestling term (shocking I know). It refers to when a younger or less well-known wrestler is allowed to look good in a match by a more popular/respected wrestler by either losing to him, teaming with him, or giving him a lot of offense before the young guy loses. Because the more popular wrestler let the young guy look good, they hoped his fame would "rub off" on the young guy and make the fans like/respect him.

I don't think you could make any form of mass media entertainment more homoerotic than professional wrestling if you'd put a hundred experts together to work on it for a decade. No wonder it's the only thing Phil has ever professed an unconditional appreciation for.
