It's actually a time-honored strategy he uses, he just deploys it like a club rather than a rapier. Deny, discredit your opponent, and distract. It's nothing Trump or anyone else widely viewed as good at spin doesn't do.

Edit: oh and this isn't the only example, he blocks people after replying to them all the time, that's just the one that sticks out in my head because he accused the guy of being the fan of an at the time accused pedophile. He blocks a lot of people but that one was something special.

He thinks he's proving to everyone what a light-hearted, relatable, and casual person he is by admitting to one of the few things that everyone on the internet knows about him.
And then he turns around and immediately blocks someone for calling him out. But yeah he's just a fun-loving streamer who only wants to play video games, he doesn't have thin skin or skeletons in his closet what-so-ever

Going to your fan base for sex and/or someone to start a relationship is already something that’s kind of weird imo. Phil’s done this twice if you want to believe him at face value when he told us Reeana and Khet were fans of his before he started dating them. We already know he doesn’t have a leg to stand on but he’s like a disembodied head if he decides to speak on this, which he most likely will.
People might not feel the same way but I’m just someone who laughs at retards like Dave and KingcobraJFS on the internet. I probably look like a moralfag right now though so it’s whatever

Im not doing any research because I personally don't give a damn about the kids or the pedophile streamers. But:

1. Boogie needs to not talk. He was just in some scandal with some 19-20 year old chaturbate whore. It's legal, but he's 47 years old and that shows where his mind is at dating wise.

2. I wonder if Phil will take down his tweet? Doubtful.

Yeah, I don't care nearly so much about what some other internet dumbass did outside of whether he did something very much similar if not identical to what Phil is taking them to task for. Then it's just funny.

Eviliibrium has said before he has ban immunity and Phil said he can't do anything about him , I wouldn't be surprised if he gives Phil big juicy tips behind the scenes in exchange for not being banned (with the condition the trolling is not severe).

Never gets old how he tells the in-game characters to shut up when he is talking. The ego on this guy is astounding and because of it, we get some of the best rants. Also, his comment on Twitter about Catherine being "cringy" is hilarious. Just shows how much of a submissive bitch he became, the moment he married Kat.

Does Phil think that disavowing stuff it will make all his shittiness disappear? He just can't help himself with his grandstanding and it only goes to bite him in the ass like always. People will just roast him for being a hypocrite and rightfully so.
