Unfortunately and I know I know TMI but I see the effects of this bullshit we laugh at every day and the sheer incompetence of it all. And I’m not terribly concerned with saying I work there, at least until our mandatory mind control chips lol. Anyway yea sorry for the OT. The relevance I suppose is every week I see someone get a wide berth for fucking up something important because they are a protected species- we don’t dare criticize them for fucking up, and inevitably they blame you for creating a hostile workplace for something as reasonable as “hey how are ya?”You work for tesla?
This really makes it sound like there's most likely some infighting, which really isn't all that surprising when you think about it.
I look forward to hearing about the strikes of the troon civil war. Lots of opportunity for difficult to prove terrorism with their shitty infrastructure. This really makes it sound like there's most likely some infighting, which really isn't all that surprising when you think about it.
I don't think anyone has said anything about this, but they supposedly have an HOA. What this means for them is unclear, as IDK what power HOA's have in Colorado, but I'm most certain they'd not be happy with what they're doing.
Also the property has a very weird sales history, as it changed hands multiple times in 2018 and 2019
19. JUNK
The Declaration provides that no Parcel shall be used for storing material classified as “junk.” The Association classifies the following materials as junk, and such materials may not be stored on any Parcel in a manner visible from public areas or other Parcels.
1) Inoperable vehicles (defined as any vehicle that is not capable of movement under its own power)
2) Unlicensed vehicles, or vehicles with expired registration
3) Boats, trailers, campers, and any similar items that are in disrepair. An item is in disrepair if it is not usable for its originally-intended purpose (e.g., a boat that does not float, or a trailer with a broken axle).
4) Materials from demolition of any improvement or structure, if not reclaimed and properly used or stored within 30 days of the demolition.
5) Used building material (e.g., wood left over after construction).
6) New building material left over six months visible from roadways
7) Used, metal, lumber, rubber, paper, or roofing materials
Used tires
9) Vehicle or machinery parts.
10) Uninhabitable shelters not under active construction.
The Board reserves the right to classify an item as “junk” for purposes of this section; provided that the Board shall not impose a fine for storage of junk without first offering notice of the violation and the opportunity for a hearing.
Yet somehow none of their cctv nor smartphones have captured any proof of this.
Interesting, nothing useful loaded on that site for me even after enabling it. That's why I thought it was the kind of road association I'm familiar with in rural areas. It looks like a real city style HOA out there in the country. How pathetic.I spent 5 minutes skimming through, and the only vaguely interesting clause is this one:

It's another sign that this isn't really working farm country, just city people playing ranchers on their weekends.
Now you got me curious. How would rural Colorado handle their trash in bumfuck nowhere?Do you really think they'd listen to fixing the violations? They'd just grift the cash to fix it on Twitter, but instead, spend it on dilators. Also we all know that they're too lazy to actually get something done within a time limit
Edit: 100% sure that the trash will become a major issue. I'm putting it at 100/1 odds it turns into a Collyer Brothers situation
It is. 80s horror movie called C.H.U.D Cannibalistic Humanoid Underground Dwellers. John Ritter was in it. I doubt the vast majority of the people who use the term chud know that though. They way they said "CHUD" like it's an acronym.![]()
Update to this, I did some digging here are my findings. There's a lot of pro-Muslim tweets but that doesn't prove anything as those troon types love Muslims anyway, but there are a couple pro-Kosovo posts here (including one in Serbo-Croatian that says "Kosovo is not Serbia" which is a play on the common Serbian saying "Kosovo je Srbija (Kosovo is Serbia)"). But then there's other tweets that paint a clearer picture. Here's a tweet mentioning being unable to go to Serbia for his grandma's funeral. And here's the smoking gun: a tweet mentioning his grandma lived in Belgrade (capital of Serbia). Then there's a lot of pro-Orthodox posting, which indicates Serbian ethnicity, so I'm going to declare that unless new evidence surfaces that conclusively proves otherwise, this troon is a Serb from Serbia. And not just that, but apparently a self-hating Serb to some degree because only the cuckest of Serbs would say Kosovo isn't Serbia. His mom was born in Serbia and emigrated it would appear sometime before the 1990s because of the reference to Yugoslavia being "Marxist-Leninist" (it wasn't but whatever). Being second generation and never having lived in Serbia definitely makes it more likely that he's a self-hating cuck who believes Kosovo isn't Serbia when 99% of Serbians in Serbia think the opposite. Also, self-hating and troon, that works out anyway.Serbo-Croatian is a language, not an ethnicity. Mom could be Croat, Serb, Bosniak, or Montenegrin. There's even the possibility of Kosovar Albanian but I don't think that's likely. Doesn't really narrow it down unless we have a last name, of which those for the most part tend to trend along ethnic lines in that region. If we knew the mom's religion that would also tell us an ethnicity because Croats are Catholic, Serbs and Montenegrins are Orthodox, and Bosniaks are Muslim.
Yet somehow none of their cctv nor smartphones have captured any proof of this.

Richard Chafe made a complaint about Rob Klein's blockage of the public easement on Brittany
Road. Richard says he will take Rob to court if the fence is not removed. When asked if he
would consider taking down the fence, Rob said he would not reconsider. Rob stated that if
Richard tries to enforce against him, then he would then take all other property owners to court
for any existing easement encroachments.
Here are the simple rules for submittal:
* Reported violations MUST be visible at ground level from common areas (roads) or from an adjoining property
* Trespassing to see or document an alleged violation is not allowed
* If the complaint specifies that the alleged violation is visible from an adjoining property and the complainant is not the owner of said adjoining property, then the complainant must provide proof of permission to access from the adjoining property owner
* Text messages, e-mails, and phone calls to the Board of Directors DO NOT constitute valid property complaints; the Property Complaint Form linked below is the only accepted method of submitting a property condition complaint
* Submittals of property complaints to the committee MUST include at least one picture demonstrating the offending conditions to be accepted
* Anonymous complaints will not be accepted
The same as most anywhere else; burn it, bury it, or toss it down a deep mine shaft. Now you got me curious. How would rural Colorado handle their trash in bumfuck nowhere?
aka people with MAGA bumper stickers have been driving down our road. Sometimes at night.
They're pretty laissez faire. Each one of 500 lots pays $100 a year, and most of that gets spent on repairing the roads. There were some grazing complaints (Colorado has open grazing laws, meaning that if you don't put up a fence then should a neighbour's cow wander on your land, that's tough) since the plots were originally sold with the proviso that the original owner could leave his livestock running wherever there weren't fences, but that seems to have changed a couple of years ago. The local "bad boy" looks to be one Rob Klein, and here are the complaints about him:

Even as far as reporting people for hoarding junk, they're pretty kind
CRAMRA - Property Clean-up (New)
We have added this page to explain the property complaint process and provide a standardized form on which to prepare property complaints for submittal to the Property Clean-up Committee. Here are the simple rules for submittal: * Reported violations MUST be visible at ground level from commonsites.google.com
All the bad boys are listed in the minutes of 10-17-2020 - I don't see anything that sounds like the Tranch. Although I can quite believe that they would throw a strop and start sulking if anyone asked them to clean their room.
