For those who didn’t watch the live (which I can rarely handle, so I get it) she said she misses the way Bibi cleaned the floors - he was meticulous. This is going to be gross, but it might be scalp cysts. You tend to lose your hair where it is due to your scalp stretching.

I got a real chuckle out of the WLS's response after SHE called them; they let her know to expect some kind of info package in "1 to 2 months". That folks, is just for the information package... mental hurdle #1. The info package is available online & is easy to find.

I read it - not complicated stuff & found a shit ton of reasons where she'll either be denied or will recuse herself.

The crux of the matter I think, after all the approval process involving a ton of medical tests, (as needed) & assessments, after the procedure itself, after slowly working through the stages of increasing your food intake - here is what she has to look forward to & I'll paraphrase & shorten what the guide states:

1) Aim for eating no more than 3 meals per day. NO grazing.

2) Meals should total 1 CUP of food, maximum.

3)Eat slowly & chew well, taking 15-20 minutes per meal.

4) Introduce new foods 1 at a time & only try a teaspoon or 2 until you're sure you're okay with it.

There's a bit more but those 4 are enough. And 'new' foods doesn't mean exotic new cuisines but anything you're eating for the first time after surgery. There is no way in hell Chantal is going to be satisfied with any of those guidelines & even getting to that point is insanely restrictive & for very good reasons.

I'm admittedly navel gazing here - she won't be approved.
