Well even though I washed my hands of Jim I had to check this out. Regardless of Jim's individual talents as a content creator, shit like this is always interesting to watch on YouTube because it's normally one unhinged retarded developer slapping down another retard over YouTube videos. Just what Jim needs! Call back to the glory days of digital homicide to help subsidies his fall in subscriber numbers.

How could he fuck it up? Here are my notes.

• An unironically degenerate opening, just going over the word "cream" and "crusty" over and over again.
• Jim smile talking during the whole introduction, because he is secretly extremely happy about the situation. I don't mind him being smug about. It would be more annoying if he faked offence.
• Still using too many stock videos and uses attractive women to describe himself.
• Admits he doesn't want to make videos and would rather sit in a park and eat candy.
• No idea who this "Gilson" character is, Jim does not explain shit about who he is or give any time lines, maybe by 10 minutes we get some introduction.
  • It's not like Jim is above giving a background run down to context of a story. He did that for most of his digital homicide videos at the beginning he would quickly list of all their interactions and how they got to the current state of affairs.
• Jim goes over all the times this developer has been an asset flipper/art thief in the past, however he only says what he done and does not use the on-screen time to show the evidence of stolen art assets. Back in the day, Jim would actually go out of his way to find the developers "art" and the original art and compare them side-by-side. I guess that would involve too much effort for Jim nowadays.
• Derails the video with a dumb Diarrhea ad that he slowed down and put on repeat.
• 14 mins in Jim finally explains the developers game but again its very surface level.
• Went full Karen and did threaten Youtube with legal action, apparently it worked?
• In his public statement after he won, he said YouTube is bad for mental health and is basically murdering people because it allows online harassment.
• Jim is too sleepy to to pursue him for further damages. Considering it but probs wont.
• Very smug closing dressing down by Jim, even does a "mmmmkay?". Gets silly and makes Jim look completely disarming and any legal threats email proposed in the previous minutes just dissolve away. I guess his SSRIs kicked in or some shit.

Well that was not fun, good to know that even a slamdunk delivered to Jims doorstep isn't enough to make him interesting to watch.

I used to read Jim's blog back when he wrote on that. Jim's had a shitty life and low standards. He latched on to the first people to give him any affection because he probably feels even that much is more than he deserves. This is one of the first signs of autistic people becoming trannies. They do more and more degenerate shit for fear that their new friends will leave them. Then doctors misdiagnose a bunch of problems that need mind altering meds. A lot of those meds mess with people's judgement. They tell themselves they actually believe all this crazy shit their friends say. And it ends with cutting their dick off. Tried watching the latest video and god I hate how Jim uses the word shit. It was what stopped me listening to him in the first place around 2016/2017. There's a pretty old Jimquisition where he says he put a lot of effort into changing the way he speaks to be more inclusive (think it might be the Dragon's Crown one? not sure) but he thinks that he's found ways to be creative with his language without relying on offensive terminology, and jesus fucking christ has he failed on that.
No Jim, saying the phrase "shitty shit shit" 10 times in a row and waving a dildo in front of the camera is not an improvement to saying words like retard or faggot. His whole rhetoric, stock-image editing and semi-ironic persona have gotten so predictable and played out that I can't watch him even if I wanted to, troon-out aside. Look at Yahtzee for a better example of adjusting your language to be moderately pc while still being creative (Yahtz definitely relies on gross-out humour and too much swearing from time to time, but he shakes it up a lot to stay bearable). In fact, look at Yahtzee for a better example of pretty much everything.

I'm one of those subs. For a long time I'd see his video on my sub list, not watch it, come here and read a summary one of the goddamn sadists writes up about it and make fun of him.

Back during DH saga everyone and their dog was mentioning the drama. I haven't seen Jim mentioned by anyone I watch outside of Null's stream and I'm still subbed to people who covered DH drama back when it was hot.

Jim is a tranny now, few people outside of the tranny commune are going to be willing to touch his drama because they're probably scared of their communities writing mean comments about Jim and having to do apology videos.

You can see that in a lot of places really, some people transition just to get that criticism shield for being a member of a social sacred cow community but it also largely leads to ostracism from most people not involved in that cult as noone sane wants to deal with it's insane drama.
