That was the most autistic thing I think I've read in a very long time. Very funny/10 would not wank.Gor is what happens when the man who writes directions for assembling television kits turns his hand to erotica. The first couple of books were basically passable Conanesques with isekai elements (a la John Carter of Mars) with the whole female sex-slave thing (and Norman's weird philosophizing about power dynamics and how BDSM is in fact the archetypal and most "honest" form of interpersonal relationship) being more in the background and part of the setting's alienness, but over time it became more and more centered on the sex stuff, which is a shame because the man can't write an erotic scene to save his life. Herein a SFW copypasta accurately summarizing the tone of most "erotic" scenes in a Gor book.
While you can make the general case that most written porn is for women, the extreme age of the series (the first book was published in the 60's), the very pulp genre, and the author (a man) putting weird tangents in his books suggests to me he's writing primarily for lonely men with complex sexual hang-ups.
