Not allowing younger people to work and gain experience before adulthood is worse than giving them less pay for being below 18. We've got so many people who never leave the house because they never get a foot in on any kind of job, and just end up becoming neets.

lol the retards don't understand 14-17 year olds are usually expected to be living with their parents, plus a bigger liability if they get hurt on the job since they're minors. 18 y/os have to work to support themselves and $8.50 is minimum wage in a lot of states.
But reddit is full of neets living off their elderly parents, so of course they wouldn't understand this concept.

This is dumb, but in England they can give someone a lower wage up to the age of 25. Like, an age where people have families to provide for. And this is the government’s minimum wage policy, not a random company.
Romanian parents are cool with buying all the stupid stuff their kids want? Like there are American teens with jobs to help support the family, unfortunately, but most American teens with jobs get them because mom and dad aren’t paying for expensive sneakers and junk food.
