I'm just waiting for the money shot of alpacas eating some troon's brains out of its skull after the inevitable Jonestowning

I wouldn't be shocked if their neighbors were aware of this thread just from using Google to look for more info about the new weirdos in town with LARPing with starving animals.Random thought here, but what if "Lisa Frank" is actually one of us? I wouldn't expect a rural farmer to know what a vlog is, and the shit she's saying sounds almost exactly like whats being said ITT.
Or they could be drama aficionados and their earthship project will go on to create some prime reading/watching material.I feel bad for the people who originally started the earthship project. They abandoned the project but now it's going to become a prison camp for greasy troons in Overwatch hoodies which is likely a far cry from what their original plans were.
tbh, some of the content in the letter seems to be containing common themes in this thread. Also Lisa Frank is such an absurdly generic name I don’t believe it’s realRandom thought here, but what if "Lisa Frank" is actually one of us? in case anyone is unaware of this 90's fad:tbh, some of the content in the letter seems to be containing common themes in this thread. Also Lisa Frank is such an absurdly generic name I don’t believe it’s real
It was Flavor-aid. The Peoples Temple of the Disciples of Christ did not have Kool-aid money.I wonder if the barrel of koolaid was included in the sale of the earth ship.
No way it’s real. And good for them. The Tranch Davidians have shows a willingness to dox and the capacity to act violently against those with whom they disagree. I’d also use a pseudonym to write a hit piece about them.Lisa Frank is such an absurdly generic name I don’t believe it’s real
The letter is genuine. As in the concerns and statements in it. But if they’re really from “rural Colorado”? I call bsin case anyone is unaware of this 90's fad:

My money is on shit-post. But it's still funny, even if serious.
They probably just fucked up, like troons always do, and just didn't pay the fee, file some required paperwork, or other administrivia. The usual solution is just to file the fee or whatever and hope they accept it nunc pro tunc, that is, as a mere clerical error and the effective date of the payment gets backdated to whenever it was actually due, and there are no real penalties. When a company is not in compliance with its state filing and tax obligations, it is considered delinquent, although some states may use different terminology, such as "not in good standing." A delinquent corporation maintains its legal existence and may be continuing to conduct business in the state but it faces a variety of potential consequences.”
if this legal doom definition is correct, I wonder what they violated
Edit to avoid doubleposting: were we aware the tranch got into a spot of legal bother in June 2020? Apparently, you get declared delinquent in Colorado if you fail to submit some yearly report within 4 months of its due date; you get stopped from doing business, and have to pay $100 to de-delinquent yourself, which they seem to have done. Just think... They could have afforded Bonnie's new ariats if they'd just done their damn paperwork on time.
Yeah, Lisa clearly knows how to do online research on things, it's not like everyone in the Midwest is a brainless hick who doesn't use a computer (that's usually very old people and even then many older people have become accustomed to using this technology in their daily lives). That's what the typical city liberal mindset is: everyone in the rural regions of the country are dumb and uncivilized which is a big factor in why a lot of those communities tend to lean right. What?

The locals probably do have some legitimate concerns about a bunch of heavily armed manchildren with itchy fingers and paranoid delusions of gangstalking shooting an innocent person. The Tranch Davidians are bringing in a bunch of other crazy people with guns to the area and speaking poorly of the natives every chance they get. It's a recipe for an 'accident' where someone ends up maimed or dead.Yeah, Lisa clearly knows how to do online research on things, it's not like everyone in the Midwest is a brainless hick who doesn't use a computer (that's usually very old people and even then many older people have become accustomed to using this technology in their daily lives). Lisa has most likely come across the thread in her online travels. Whether she or any other Custer County residents actually post here is another thing. It'd be real interesting to see some local's takes on the Tranch and the current situation.

The tranch animal spreading disease to other livestock and wild animals is also something to consider. It's unlikely their animals are getting vaccinated or getting any kind of preventative care considering they're allowed to roam and breed freely with no supervision. They're densely packed and in poor condition on top of that, making them more susceptible to illness. It's a recipe for the neighbors' livestock, pets, and wildlife nearby picking up/spreading disease.
I hope we get an archive of the group text/private fb group/whatever the Tranch's neighbors have going on someday.Yeah, Lisa clearly knows how to do online research on things, it's not like everyone in the Midwest is a brainless hick who doesn't use a computer (that's usually very old people and even then many older people have become accustomed to using this technology in their daily lives). I'd LOVE to hear what the locals are saying behind closed doors. A few weeks back I went looking and found some promising but predictably private, Facebook groups.Lisa has most likely come across the thread in her online travels. Just the very fact that the Tranchers claim to be in some sort of cold war with the "fascists" in their town gives me the feeling that large chat logs already exist. Putting myself in the townsfolk's shoes gives me the feeling I'd be at least uneasy with the armed looneys that are buying up the wasted projects and pointing guns at people, let alone that they badmouth the town to the news or to social media.I hope we get an archive of the group text/private fb group/whatever the Tranch's neighbors have going on someday.

As much as I'd love to try and sneak into those groups, last thing they need is some out of state city slicker sticking his nose into their business.I'd LOVE to hear what the locals are saying behind closed doors. I bet the first one gets spicy.

There's a public one too, which is less than useless for crazy tranny gossip, because it's just local people promoting their businesses and sharing community news. However, it did give me the following pic, which I don't think needs any elaboration.

Seem like a good time to add: I hope if anyone reading is local to the Tenacious Unicorn Ranch, they know that if they want to share info we would value it!
